Study On Strategic Transformation Of XX Green Enterprise Development In Shanxi Province

At the 20th National Congress of the CPC,it was emphasized that to promote green transformation and development,we must firmly establish and practice the green concept that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains,plan development from the height of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,carry out a comprehensive conservation strategy,develop green low-carbon industries,advocate green consumption of the masses,promote the intensive use of various resources in industry and life,and accelerate the construction of a waste recycling system,Coordinate industrial structure adjustment,pollution control,ecological protection,and climate change response to accelerate the transformation of development mode.At present,the development of green industry is facing an unprecedented opportunity,superposition of national policy guidance and the support under the background of the huge demand of green industry,green enterprise especially apt,industry momentum energetic energetic.The operation of XX green enterprises in Shanxi Province cannot be separated from the support of the local people’s governments.In the process of development,XX green enterprises continue to improve their internal management system and risk control working mechanism,and keep close cooperation and communication with powerful enterprises,aiming to become an enterprise that can continue to stay in the green industry.This article takes XX green enterprise in Shanxi Province as the research object,and elaborates on the green development trend of China and Shanxi Province from a macro research perspective.From the perspective of enterprise organizational structure,internal processes,and the actual situation of ongoing projects,it conducts a micro entry to study the development strategy transformation of XX green enterprise in Shanxi Province.This article specifically explores the theoretical knowledge related to enterprise development strategy and strategic transformation,as well as their impact on the development of the enterprise.It serves as a theoretical basis for in-depth analysis of the current internal and external environmental situation of the enterprise.Based on the principles,vision,and goals of XX Green Enterprise in Shanxi Province,and based on the Porter’s Five Forces model,a specific objective analysis of the enterprise’s situation was conducted.Using model tools such as PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,the selection of the enterprise’s development strategy was explored from the macro environment and industry environment.In order to ensure the smooth transformation of enterprises,executable measures have been proposed regarding enterprise cooperation,project investment attraction,internal management systems,and risk control.This has a certain reference value for similar enterprises in the industry to improve their competitiveness and profitability.
