Research On Evaluation System Of High-quality Of Large Coal Enterprises

Under the background that the country is based on a new stage of development,implements new development concepts,builds a new development pattern,and promotes high-quality development,the coal industry has turned from extensive to intensive,low-efficiency to high-efficiency,and green and intelligent development with increasing safety production capacity has become a general trend.How to evaluate the results of high-quality development has become an urgent research topic.In view of this,this article takes the high-quality development evaluation system of large-scale coal enterprises as the research object.Principal component analysis,analytic hierarchy and other methods are used to construct a high-quality development evaluation system for coal enterprises.This paper tries to evaluate the high-quality development achievements of coal enterprises,and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Combining the development status of China’s coal industry and combining with national policies,put forward the concept of high-quality development of large coal enterprises,and clarify the development connotation.The high-quality development of coal enterprises will be guided by the concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing".Combined with the development requirements of coal enterprises,the seven aspects of economic development,innovation-driven,ecological green,safety and health,intensive and efficient,harmonious sharing and open cooperation are taken as the foundation Framework,analyze and process related evaluation indicators,and initially screen out 42 evaluation indicators.The principal component analysis method was used to select the primary indicators,and finally 39 evaluation indicators were determined.Analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method are used to calculate the weight of the evaluation system.Four thresholds of excellent,good,average and poor were set for 39 indicators.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation model of high-quality development of coal enterprises is established.Safety and health,economic development and innovation drive weight occupy the top three positions,indicating that these three aspects are the key directions for high-quality development of coal enterprises.Secondly,the index weight ranking of open cooperation is relatively scattered,indicating that the importance of the index is quite different.In the end,the weight value ranked behind is mainly harmonious sharing,which shows that the high-quality development of Chinese coal enterprises urgently needs to pay more attention to corporate culture and other aspects.Based on the constructed evaluation index system,a comprehensive evaluation of the high-quality development of Shaanxi Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is carried out.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation score of Shaanxi Coal Industry is 3.1076,and the evaluation result is"excellent".However,there is a large gap in the scores of various indicators,among which the scores in economic development,safety and health,intensive and efficient,harmonious sharing and open cooperation are at an excellent level.However,the ecological green score is 2.8598,which is lower than the comprehensive score,and the innovation drive score is only 1.6935,which is 1/2 of the comprehensive score,which is much lower than the average level,indicating that there is a problem of uneven development in the process of high-quality development.According to the evaluation results,Shaanxi Coal Industry needs to strengthen research on cutting-edge technologies.Adhere to green development and achieve clean development and utilization;suggestions for optimizing the structure of human resources and enhancing the effectiveness of talents.
