As the China economy takes off,the market competition in various industries is becoming more and more intense,more and more enterprises originally relied solely on the "product-centric" concept can no longer adapt to the needs of business development.J company is a private enterprise engaged in waterproofing materials,after years of operation in the industry has a certain market share,along with the industry constantly new competitors to enter the game,as well as some competitors of the low price model,so that the market competition is increasingly fierce.This has led to the fact that Company J is now facing multiple challenges,both internal and external.Based on the satisfaction literature and theoretical knowledge,We have mainly done the following work: First,On the basis of the domestic and foreign research literature on customer satisfaction,combined with the connotation characteristics of customer satisfaction,influencing factors and evaluation model.Second,Determine the evaluation index of customer satisfaction by referring to the previous data of Company J and the theoretical basis of satisfaction,and assign the weight of each data index based on the Chinese customer satisfaction model.The original customer satisfaction data of Company J was obtained by the combination of questionnaire survey and matrix.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze and interpret the relevant data obtained to find the influencing factors that reduce the customer satisfaction of J company.Finally,based on the evaluation result data,the improvement strategy of customer satisfaction is formulated to improve the timely delivery of products,improve the after-sales business follow-up process,and continuously improve the domestic visibility of J Company.Through the research in this article,improvements are made to address the thorny customer satisfaction issues encountered by Company J in the business process,enhance customer experience of products and services,increase Company J’s visibility in the waterproof material industry,and provide assistance for Company J’s development.
