Evaluation Of Toilet Improvement Effect In Huzhu County Based On Villagers’ Satisfaction

Rural "toilet revolution" is not only an important part of rural revitalization,but also closely related to the implementation of beautiful rural construction.The "toilet revolution" has been carried out rapidly in rural areas all over the country.With the continuous advancement of the rural "toilet revolution",there will be problems in the middle and later stages of the process of toilet reform.This paper takes the effect of rural toilet reform and villagers’ satisfaction as the evaluation goal,aiming at the villagers’ acceptability,construction of toilet houses after toilet reform,fecal sewage treatment methods and effects,and toilet equipment management after toilet reform of Huzhu county,By mastering the actual situation of rural toilet reform in Huzhu County,constructing the evaluation index system,weighting the index by means of expert scoring,and establishing the evaluation model of rural toilet reform effect in Huzhu county by using entropy weight method and fuzzy evaluation analysis method,which is of great significance to the follow-up management,protection and development of rural toilets.Facing the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper adopts four different research methods: literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and statistical analysis.Through reading relevant literature,consulting relevant books and relevant documents issued by the government,this paper studies the relevant theories of "toilet revolution" and policies issued by local governments.Taking the effect of toilet reform in rural areas and villagers’ satisfaction as the evaluation objectives,aiming at the rural households’ toilets after toilet reform in Huzhu County,an evaluation index system was built according to the actual situation in terms of villagers’ acceptability,toilet house construction after toilet reform,manure treatment methods and effects,toilet equipment management after toilet reform,etc.,and the indexes were weighted by experts’ scoring,and% was adjusted to rural areas in Huzhu County.The research results of this paper can provide reference for Huzhu County to further improve the rural toilet environment and fully implement the rural revitalization strategy,and have reference value for the follow-up management and protection development of rural toilets.
