| As the country attaches great importance to remote mountainous areas, the focus of highway construction is also expanding to mountainous areas with complex terrain, landform and environment.Through the construction and upgrading of low-grade highways, the total mileage of secondary highways in mountainous areas is increasing year by year, while various safety risks are also highlighted.Traffic accidents on secondary highways in mountainous areas are frequent, seriously affecting social and public safety. Therefore,it is urgent to improve the comprehensive evaluation level of secondary highway traffic safety in mountainous areas and put forward effective improvement measures.Firstly, the paper analyzes the characteristics of secondary highway in mountainous areas from three aspects: road environment, road network and traffic flow. Then,it is concluded that remote and complex, dense interference, open mixed traffic, weak traffic safety awareness and arbitrary illegal road occupation are the leading factors of safety accidents. Then the influence on traffic safety is analyzed from three highway conditions: road, traffic and management.Secondly, the factors and indicators affecting traffic safety are screened, and an evaluation system is constructed to determine three criteria of road condition, traffic condition and management condition and seven indicators of effective visibility, number of intersections, road width, composition of traffic flow, stability of traffic flow, marking and distribution of traffic control force. After comparing the commonly used evaluation models, the paper adopts the method of combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation, determines the weight of evaluation indexes through analytic hierarchy process, evaluates by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and determines the evaluation results by the principle of maximum membership degree. Finally,by introducing the general topography of mountainous areas in Guizhou Province, the basic situation of secondary roads in mountainous areas and analyzing the existing problems, the paper takes G212,G243,G552 and S206 lines in the southern Guizhou region of Guizhou Province,a total of 400 Km,as the specific research object.Through on-the-spot investigation and contact local highway management departments and traffic administration necessary data collection, statistics and inducing, the comprehensive evaluation of traffic safety and improvement Suggestions are proposed according to the evaluation results. |
