Enterprise X is a public welfare state-owned enterprise mainly engaged in the construction and management of urban sewage treatment plants and their supporting environmental treatment projects.In recent years,Enterprise X has deployed in accordance with national provinces and cities' decision-making on urban sewage treatment construction,with the goal of improving the city's water environment.It must further dig production potential,strengthen production and operation efficiency,and ensure better production and operation efficiency on the basis of ensuring safe and stable production,which ensured that the city's sludge was fully collected and treated.Under the situation that the scale of the company is also expanding and the number of employees is increasing,the company is also facing severe situations such as the intensification of industrial competition caused by the entry of many private enterprises into the sewage treatment industry,insufficient capacity for technological transformation and upgrading,and untimely innovation of the management system of the enterprise.These pressures have been transmitted to employees to a certain extent,which has caused some changes in employees' satisfaction with the company.In order to further improve the employee's satisfaction with the company,this article evaluates the work satisfaction of company X employees.The purpose is to understand the current status and problems of company X employees' job satisfaction.It is hoped that effective measures will be taken to improve the company X employees Work satisfaction,increase employee motivation,help companies improve work efficiency,complete tasks in the new era,and better serve the society and the people.First,build a job satisfaction evaluation system for employees of company X.Based on the actual situation of company X,and integrates the mature satisfaction survey scale to build a job satisfaction evaluation system suitable for company X employees.The article considers the work background,salary promotion,work experience,business management and work atmosphere as the five major factors that affect the job satisfaction of company X employees.These five factors are used as the first-level indicators of the evaluation system,and each level is subdivided Use 5-7 dimensions as secondary indicators of the evaluation system.Secondly,based on the constructed evaluation system,a job satisfaction survey scalewas designed to investigate and analyze the results of the job satisfaction of company X employees.Based on the results of the descriptive statistical analysis and the multiple regression model,it was concluded that the employees of Company X had the lowest satisfaction in salary promotion.Employees have low satisfaction with salary and benefits and promotion,and satisfaction with promotion is slightly higher than salary and benefits.The younger the employee,the lower the job satisfaction.Job satisfaction of employees in operation positions is lower than other positions.The sense of work achievement has the greatest impact on employees' job satisfaction.The stronger the sense of work achievement,the higher the job satisfaction of employees.The level of employee satisfaction with the company's administrative management and human resources management is average,and there is still much room for improvement.Finally,based on the evaluation results,combined with the theory of satisfaction improvement,put forward countermeasures for the improvement of the job satisfaction of company X employees.It is recommended that Company X take important measures to improve the salary promotion management system,incentive system,and humanistic care mechanism for employees to improve and protect their job satisfaction.
