| Coking enterprises are resource-intensive as well as labour-intensive enterprises,and most of them are large integrated enterprises with many business segments,a wide range of activities and a complex staff composition.Because of the special production and operation mode of the coking industry,such enterprises are prone to the existence of rigid management systems and inadequate implementation of employee welfare policies,which are not conducive to employee satisfaction.Therefore,this paper takes employee satisfaction as the starting point,studies and analyses the psychology and behaviour of employees,focuses on the problems and confusion of employees,identifies the shortcomings that lead to low employee satisfaction and prescribes the right remedy,adopts scientific and reasonable effective measures to improve employee satisfaction,effectively reduces conflicts between employees and the enterprise,strengthens the relationship between them,and improves the management level and efficiency of the enterprise.At the same time,the combination of satisfaction survey research and the steady promotion of the improvement strategy can improve the enthusiasm of employees,make their stability and sense of belonging enhanced,so that the advantages of human resources can be maximised,providing a constant impetus for the sustainable development of the company,thus improving the core competitiveness of the company and helping the enterprise to take a place in the increasingly fierce market competition.This paper takes the employee satisfaction of X coking enterprise as the research object,obtains first-hand data through questionnaire survey method,adopts factor analysis method,conducts statistical analysis on the survey data,draws out the problems existing in the daily management of X coking enterprise,and analyses the internal causes in conjunction with the current situation of enterprise management,and finally formulates feasible countermeasures and safeguard measures according to the causes in order to improve the employee satisfaction of the company.This paper describes in detail the concept of employee satisfaction and the basic theories on which the research is based,and introduces in detail the factors affecting employee satisfaction and the measurement methods in order to better carry out the research on employee satisfaction.The main problems of X Coking Enterprise,such as the lack of flexible time for employees,the single performance assessment method,the imperfect promotion mechanism,the lack of effective and convenient communication channels,the backward way of promoting corporate philosophy,and the low job suitability of employees,were analysed in depth and the reasons for the problems were proposed.The paper proposes a series of targeted suggestions,such as strengthening communication between superiors and subordinates,inter-departmental communication,establishing a good working platform and sharing platform for employees,diversifying communication channels,strengthening the publicity of the company’s value concept and innovating publicity methods,optimising the staff rotation system and establishing a new mode of job rotation to cultivate talents.This paper selects as a comprehensive coking enterprise as the research object,which is very rare in the previous research papers on employee satisfaction in enterprises,and to a certain extent enriches the empirical research on employee satisfaction in the coking industry.Secondly,in addition to the descriptive analysis of the overall situation of employee satisfaction in X coking enterprise,this paper proposes relevant improvement strategies for different groups of employees according to the actual situation,which provides reference value for other coking This paper provides reference value for other coking enterprises in the industry and has certain practical significance. |
