With the accelerated evolution of electric revolution,digital revolution and green revolution in the energy industry,international market competition has entered the "Red Sea".As the terminal of petrol sales,the basic petrol station is the display window of the image of Petrolchina.The petrol station staff is not only the direct implementor of the enterprise to provide satisfactory service to customers,but also the important driver of the enterprise’s profit growth.The overall job satisfaction of Petrochina petrol station employees is not high,which affects their work enthusiasm and performance output,which is one of the reasons why the market share and sales scale of Petrochina C Company declining year by year in the past three years.Company C urgently needs to focus on improving the job satisfaction of petrol station employees,so as to improve their work performance and service quality,and enhance the company’s market competitiveness,brand influence and sustainable development ability.In this paper,the key factors affecting the job satisfaction of petrol station employees and the expected improvement of the job satisfaction of C company’s petrol station employees were collected through interviews.The questionnaire survey was used to measure the job satisfaction level of petrol station employees from seven dimensions,including work,working environment,work return,personal development,interpersonal relationship,post competence and enterprise management.At the same time,the influence and difference of variables such as gender,age,education,department age,position,employment type,skill level and sales grade on the job satisfaction of petrol station employees and its dimensions are cross-analyzed.Based on the interview and survey results,the problems and causes of job satisfaction of gas station employees were analyzed.The study found that the job satisfaction of the petrol station employees of C company was generally at a medium level,and the values of each dimension of job satisfaction from high to low were: working environment> interpersonal relationship> work> personal development>enterprise management> post competence> work return.The four dimensions of work return,job competence,enterprise management and personal development below the level of "satisfaction" were analyzed.There are some outstanding problems in the job satisfaction of petrol station employees,such as salary and welfare returns not reaching expectations,low job competency,enterprise management to be improved,and employee promotion opportunities and channels to be optimized.Therefore,this paper proposes improvement measures from four aspects,including improving salary and welfare benefits,improving post competency,strengthening enterprise management and building employee growth platform,so as to effectively improve the job satisfaction of C company’s petrol station employees. |
