Industry determines the speed and level of development in the Chinese economy.The introduction of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality has made green lowcarbon recycling development become an important development path for China and other countries to deal with the problems of resources and environment,but the large amount of carbon dioxide emissions poses a challenge to sustainable industrial development.Jiangxi Province is in the critical period of economic development transformation and high-quality economic development,needs to seek a sustainable industrial green development path while trying to reach peak carbon emissions.Therefore,this paper analyzes in detail the industrial green development efficiency of each prefecture-level city in Jiangxi Province and examines the impact of internal and external environmental factors on it,so as to provide an important reference basis for sustainable development in Jiangxi Province.In the context of “dual-carbon” Targets,this paper evaluates the efficiency of industrial green development in 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province from2011 to 2020.Secondly,use global EBM model to measure the efficiency of industrial green development in Jiangxi Province.The three-dimensional kernel density,standard deviation ellipse and Thiel’s index are used to further investigate the spatial and temporal variation of the efficiency of industrial green development in Jiangxi Province;The Tobit model was then used to analyse the main drivers of industrial green development efficiency in Jiangxi Province from six perspectives: energy saving and carbon reduction constraints,industrial agglomeration,economic development,ownership structure,technological innovation and openness to the outside world.The study found that: the industrial green development efficiency of Jiangxi Province has maintained a slow growth trend,but has not reached the efficiency frontier,and the level needs to be improved;technological progress has played an obvious role in improving the industrial green development efficiency of Jiangxi Province;the industrial green development efficiency of the four major regions is significantly different,with the spatial pattern showing “high in the east and low in the west” and the difference between regions gradually increasing,the efficiency value of the western region of Ganxi is lower than the average level of the province;factors such as industrial agglomeration and energy-saving and carbon-reduction constraints are the main forces affecting the efficiency of industrial green development in Jiangxi Province.Finally,based on the results of the above study,recommendations are given to improve the efficiency of industrial green development in Jiangxi Province,in order to provide reference for Jiangxi Province to successfully achieve the “dual-carbon” Targets.
