Study On The Spatial-temporal Differentiation Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Green Economic Efficiency In China’s Provinces

Once upon a time,human beings abused natural resources and wantonly damaged the environment while using scientific and technological weapons to create huge material wealth.This kind of behavior was soon severely retaliated by nature.Today,almost all people think that ecological environment protection is an important issue related to the continuation of human civilization.A growing number of scholars start to study the compatibility between economic growth,resource conservation and environmental protection.In recent years,China’s international status and influence are increasing,and China’s green growth problem is attracting more and more concerned,and green economic efficiency is an important indicator to evaluate green growth,so it is necessary to explore the changing characteristics of green economic efficiency.In this paper,firstly,the panel data at the provincial level from 2007 to 2017 are taken as samples,and the DEA-SBM model is used to measure the green economic efficiency;secondly,the Kernel density,Theil index and ESTDA method are applied to analyze the spatial-temporal differences of green economic efficiency;finally,the spatial measurement tools are used to explore the influencing factors of green economic efficiency under the spatial effect.The analysis results show: the level of green growth in China is not high,only a few regions give better consideration to the economic,social and ecological benefits,and the overall green economic efficiency still has a large space to improve;the green economic efficiency shows a certain time-space difference characteristics,in terms of time,taking 2014 as the boundary,the growth of green economic efficiency in the early stage is slow,and it starts to accelerate after 2014 In terms of space,there are obvious differences in green economic efficiency among the eight comprehensive economic zones;the factors affecting green economic efficiency show direct and indirect space "double track effect",industrial structure,economic level,technological innovation and environmental protection investment have double track positive effect,population excessive agglomeration has double track negative effect,while foreign investment only plays a direct effect;although there are many effects The response factors will have spillover effect on the neighboring areas through spatial agglomeration,but this kind of influence is not enough to have a fundamental impact on the relevant areas,and the spatial dependence of green economic efficiency shows temporal inertia.
