In recent years,with the aggravation of our country’s market competition and the upgrade of Enterprise Management mode.Lean management model is gradually adopted by more enterprises,become the driving force of enterprise change.With the rapid development of fine chemical industry as a pillar industry in our country and the large-scale absorption of talents,the management methods of some enterprise grass-roots managers can not keep pace with the times,the old management idea brought by the traditional management idea has gradually become the key factor restricting the development of enterprises.Under the background of globalization of future Industry 4.0,our fine chemical industry will face severe test and fierce market competition.It is necessary to analyze and study the ways of improving the production efficiency and management efficiency of the fine chemical industry enterprises,to determine the development direction of the enterprises according to the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises,to open up markets and to develop new products,at the same time through institutional innovation to optimize their own business management model.As a leading fine chemical company in Jilin Province,S Company has very important research significance and demonstration role.Through this study,we can understand the status quo and development trend of the fine chemical industry,refer to the connotation definition and research methods of lean management in the existing literature,and apply the relevant theories and analysis methods of lean management to analyze the environmental characteristics presented by the macro environment,industrial environment and internal environment of S Fine Chemical Co.,LTD.Based on this,the localization strategy of implementing lean management for S Fine Chemicals Co.,Ltd.is proposed to improve the core competitiveness of S Fine Chemicals Co.,LTD.,and the effective measures with sustainability that can promote the development of engineering technology and management technology of the enterprise are put forward.Therefore,through literature research and combined with the characteristics of the fine chemical industry concerned by this research,the theoretical system of lean management can be constructed for the research object.That is,through the construction of corporate culture and the analysis of enterprise environment,the concept of lean management suitable for the enterprise can be constructed,so as to find out the important factors affecting the enterprise.At the same time,through technological innovation and cost management,To realize lean management technically,and finally establish an effective mechanism of lean management and a lean management model with the characteristics of the enterprise itself.By analyzing the current situation of Jilin S Fine Chemicals Co.,LTD.,this study finds out the existing problems in the production link and management process,and combines the basic theory of lean management to find the lean management localization model suitable for Jilin S Fine Chemicals Co.,LTD.The research fully collected enterprise related materials and information,analyzed the field production environment,management ability,human resource system and management production process of Jilin S Fine Chemicals Co.,LTD.In order to find out the problem and solve the problem,introduce the relevant theories and methods of lean management,set up the lean management goal for Jilin S Fine Chemicals Co.,LTD.,and put forward the effective plan to implement the lean management promotion strategy,and finally put forward the relevant measures to ensure the effective implementation of lean management.This lean management mode can feed back the corporate culture and create a better development environment for the enterprise,and establish a long-term mechanism,that is,improve the effect of lean management through mechanism reform.The main points of this study are as follows: Firstly,the core of lean management should be people-oriented.Through the optimization of human resource management mode,the ability and quality of managers should be improved and a communication mechanism suitable for the unique organizational structure of enterprises should be established.Secondly,we should establish a sound efficiency improvement mechanism for production,operation and management,timely discover unnecessary waste in the whole production process,eliminate non-value-added operations,and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.Finally,introduce new ideas and new technologies in time to enhance the core strength of the enterprise from hardware resources.This study on the Jilin Province S Fine Chemicals Co.,Ltd..Lean management-related issues of the analysis and formulation of ideas,can improve the core competitiveness of S Fine Chemicals Co.,Ltd.,the effective and sustainable measures to promote the development of engineering technology and management technology of the enterprise are put forward.It also provides reference value for similar fine chemical enterprises to explore lean management mode.
