Analysis And Design Of Lean Production Management Scheme For Jixi Waste Incineration Power Plant

At present,garbage incineration power generation is an ideal way of garbage disposal.Jixi garbage incineration power plant is an important part of Jixi vein industrial park.It undertakes the goal of harmless,resource-based and industrialized garbage disposal and environmental protection in the process of urban modernization.It is of great significance to realize the coordinated development of modern urban economy and environment.However,as domestic venous industries such as municipal solid waste disposal are still in the initial stage of development,there is still a certain gap between the production and operation management and the international advanced level.It is important to improve the management level and quality for the operation and management of refuse incineration power plants in accordance with the actual situation in China.On the guiding significance of research significance and practical work.This paper focuses on the lean management of Jixi refuse incineration power plant,which has a shorter production time.Through the lean study of enterprise production management process,Jixi refuse incineration power plant is taken as a sample.In view of the shortage of standardization of production management,unscientific personnel setting,lack of guidance of lean production culture,and shortage of cost control boards in the production process exposed in the practice of enterprise operation.Combining closely with the theory of lean management,from the perspective of improving the efficiency of production management of waste treatment enterprises and effective management of enterprise operation cost,this paper puts forward the advantages of lean management of Jixi waste incineration power plant and the improvement measures and schemes.This paper puts forward a set of lean production management strategy based on 5S management,which combs the organization,personnel,management,process and environment of the enterprise,so that lean management can be more closely combined with the operation practice of the enterprise from the theoretical point of view,and provides guidance for the promotion and breakthrough of enterprise management level.Through the study on the lean production mode of Jixi refuse incineration power plant,it also has certain reference significance for the development of domestic venous industry and the formulation of lean management strategy of other refuse incineration power plants.
