Lean production which started in Japan's Toyota Company is an advanced mode of production management.With the rapid development of Toyota,the idea of lean management is also sought after and widely used in manufacturing production management.Lean management radically subverts the traditional production model that relies solely on the advantage of scale.Its core concept is lean.Its meaning is to identify the production value stream,stand on the customer's point of view to remove unnecessary steps that do not have value,minimize waste,remove inventory,and adapt to changes in the market environment.The key to the implementation of lean management is the people,the awareness of the entire staff of the company and the formation of culture.With the introduction of lean management and the in-depth study of lean,the domestic cigarette production enterprise gradually focus on the detail management problem of the production process from the original manufacturing equipment.And pay more attention to the lean culture of the organization and the lean awareness of all employees.How to implement the culture support in the process of lean management has become the key problem for the effective implementation of lean management and the introduction of lean culture in Y cigarette factory.This paper,based on the review of organizational culture and lean management,combines the cultural differences between East and West,and applies lean management to the organization in the process of lean management to analyze the organizational culture needed for just-in-time production,pull production,6S,kanban work,elimination of waste,continuous improvement,on-site physical activity,automation,etc.Secondly,the paper makes a brief analysis of the lean management of the Y cigarette factory,and finds out the problems in the lean management process of the factory.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive theory and practice,the paper puts forward the cultural support which needs the level of consciousness and mechanism.The level of consciousness includes customer-centric awareness,problem discovery and resolution awareness,collaborative ecological awareness and compliance awareness.The mechanism support needs the formation and consummation of the employee's authorization system,the talent training mechanism,the incentive mechanism and the administrative supporting mechanism.Through these two levels of construction,for the smooth implementation of lean management pave and support,but also for the development of other management work to provide an effective reference for other manufacturing enterprises to import lean management to create lean culture to provide valuable reference.
