Application Research Of ERP Based On Lean Management In FQ Mining Enterprises

In recent years,the domestic mining enterprises in the new situation and new economic normality and Chinese mining double test is a burden,the majority of mine enterprises in the natural conditions,institutional mechanism is not flexible,heavy debt,the cost remains high,the production and management of traditional ideological shackles and other factors,the profitability decline,loss more and more,even the capital chain rupture,is of vital importance on the edge.Correspondingly,all kinds of management tools and management software emerge in endlessly,but they do not have a set of more general management mode suitable for mining enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to summarize and put forward a set of information management model which is suitable for the present situation of mine enterprises in China.Based on the idea of lean management and ERP cooperation,this paper summarizes the status quo of domestic mining enterprises in the new economy of China and the new situation of mining,and puts forward the ERP management mode of mine enterprise lean management thought.And a mining enterprise,for example,for the production,management process of practical problems,combined with lean management thinking ERP gives the solution and the implementation of the effect.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of lean management and ERP research at home and abroad,reviews the origin,characteristics and connotation of lean management thought,and combs the relevant theories of ERP and expatiates the present stage.This paper analyzes the feasibility of lean management and ERP synergy in detail,and puts forward an innovative new management model of mine enterprise.Secondly,taking FQ mine as an example,the basic situation of the enterprise is introduced,and the organizational structure and production process are described.Put forward FQ mine enterprises are facing several aspects of the problem,for these problems,the use of lean management ideas ERP solutions.Thirdly,the basic framework of ERP system based on lean management is introduced.The construction process of ERP system based on lean management is described.The main solution of mine model based on TOE-TAM is introduced,and the model is briefly introduced.To achieve the technical means.Finally,based on the idea of lean management FQ company ERP implementation of the effect of elaboration and evaluation.Based on the extended sand dune model,the paper describes the changes of the specific indexes.Using BP neural network to train 10 similar domestic mining enterprises,the FQ mine lean management ERP evaluation.In this paper,based on the idea of lean management,the ERP scheme is used to analyze the practicability of the method,which is based on the experience summary method,the example verification method and the application analysis method.
