In the face of downward economic pressure,the tasks of de-capacity,de-stocking,deleveraging,cost reduction,and shortcomings are arduous,prompting enterprises in industries with overcapacity such as coal and steel to urgently take an intensive and quality-efficient development path.Earlier,the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council stated at the central enterprise lean management culture site exchange meeting,We must vigorously promote lean management,improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise development,and fight to improve quality and efficiency.In this context,TK Company regards the implementation of lean management as a management mode that can effectively improve the management level and promote quality and efficiency.This article adopts an analysis method combining literature research and field investigation,combining theory with empirical analysis,from the perspective of theory and practice.Apply advanced lean management related theories,take TK company’s entire production and operation process as the main research object,and based on the actual situation of TK company,draw on the excellent cases of domestic and foreign coal mining companies and energy chemical companies to formulate lean that conforms to TK company’s entire process Market-oriented management system,and innovatively integrate the company’s internal market-oriented work with lean management tools.The company implements a lean market-oriented management system to enable TK to establish a good mine image,create a good and orderly working environment,enhance employees’ sense of belonging to the company,make the allocation and management of on-site resources more effective,and promote employees to be serious Responsible,standardized and good habits,in the production management process,reduce labor input,eliminate waste,ensure safety and improve work efficiency,etc.have produced good results and improve the overall management level of the enterprise.This paper takes the construction and application of lean market-oriented management system in coal mining enterprises as a research object,and compares and analyzes the excellent research results at home and abroad,and draws methods and conclusions for effectively constructing and applying a lean market-oriented management system in coal mining enterprises.Based on the current situation of TK company,the introduction of lean management tools to form a lean market-oriented management tool with corporate characteristics and in line with TK’s current situation,and to address various production and management problems existing in TK enterprises,use lean management tools to improve accordingly.In addition,Lean management is combined with the corporate culture to form a lean culture,actively guide employees to learn lean culture,and lay the foundation for the smooth implementation of the lean management system.
