Research On Lean Management For Gas Production System In Baotou Steel Corporation

At the present stage,more of the iron and steel enterprises in our country produce much gas,which has a low utilization efficiency,leading to serious energy waste and environmental pollution.The fine management theory was originated in Japan,developed in the United States,has now been widely adopted by countries in the world,and has achieved remarkable results.For China's iron and steel enterprises,it is necessary to carry out lean management,optimize the process,reduce production cost according to the production characteristics and operation process of the byproduct gas system,which can improve the gas utilization efficiency,reduce the amount of radiation gas,and reduce the operation response time.The production cost of Baotou Steel Corporation,high energy consumption and environmental pollution in many countries in implementing structural adjustment to reduce capacity,economic policy,coupled with declining market steel prices,resulting in Baotou Steel Enterprise's profit has decreased greatly,especially the part of the factory under a loss phenomenon.In order to win the battle of reduced losses and efficiency,takes Baotou gas production system as the object,to carry out the research of fine management.First,use DMAIC model,by definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control,study cycle stage,clear the Baotou gas system has low production gas utilization rate,bleeding rate,high production cost and security risks and other issues,analyzes the cause of the problem,and puts forward the improvement contents and measures.At the same time,take the JIT management method in Baotou gas system in the production of Kanban production as a means to implement the standard operation and balanced production as the premise,take various measures to vigorously carry out meticulous management,making the gas production more adapted to the production demands of miniaturization,but also greatly shorten the production time for customer needs response time is reduced by more than 45%,and achieved good results.
