In the context of the new era,environmental pollution and ecological damage hinder the development of China’s rural economy,the continuous deterioration of production conditions inhibits the transformation and upgrading of rural industries.The habitat living environment is affected,and farmers’ needs for a better life cannot be met.Therefore,how to maintain and improve the rural ecological environment while developing rural industries is the key to achieving rural revitalization.This paper selects the representative ecological economic zone of Dongting Lake as the object of study,and by examining the interrelationship and coordination between its rural industrial development and ecological capacity,makes realistic and feasible proposals for rural industrial development that are consistent with the characteristics of the ecological capacity of the area,and explores ways to achieve balanced rural industrial development and ecological capacity in the Dongting Lake ecological economic zone using green development as a guideline.Firstly,this paper uses the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method to assess the level of rural industrial development and ecological resilience in the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone;Secondly,the coupling coordination relationship is studied by using the coupling coordination model and Moran index;finally,the obstacle factors of the coupling coordination are analyzed by using the obstacle degree model.Through research,this paper draws the following conclusions:1)In view of the conclusion that there is still room to improve the coupling coordination degree between rural industrial development and ecological carrying capacity,the overall planning and improvement of the coupling coordination relationship between the two,while protecting and improving the ecological environment,actively develop rural industries,and guide their transformation and upgrading.2)The overall level of rural industrial development and ecological carrying capacity in Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone is relatively low.The development of the two is not synchronous.The upgrading speed of rural industry is slightly faster than the ecological carrying capacity,and the gap between the development of the two is narrowing.3)The link between industrial development in rural areas and ecological carrying capacity is mainly high level coupling and high coordination.The type of coupling coordination degree is mainly grudging coordination and primary coordination,with the overall trend of rising first and then falling.The two degrees of community coordination have significant positive spatial agglomeration characteristics and an obvious spatial spill-over effect,reflecting the "Matthew effect"of the degree of coordination of most regions and neighbourhoods.The level of community coordination in each region is mainly low and lacking in concentration,constituting a "central breakdown".4)From the level of industrial development criteria and ecological carrying capacity of rural areas to the modernisation of agricultural production,industrial quality and efficiency,and ecological resilience have become the most important obstacles to the coupling and coordination of the two.Based on the above findings,this paper proposes corresponding coupled and coordinated development from the following four perspectives:1)In response to the conclusion that there is still room to improve the coupling and coordination degree of rural industrial development and ecological carrying capacity,the overall coordination and improvement of the coupling and coordination relationship between the two,while protecting and improving the ecological environment,actively develop rural industries and guide their transformation and upgrading.2)In response to the areas with low coupling and coordination degree,selectively develop or protect them.3)Based on the obstacle factors of coupling and coordination degree,break the obstacles to development.4)In response to the spatially divergent characteristics of the coupling coordination degree,the common governance among regions should be strengthened to promote the coordinated development of each region.
