Research On The Integrated Development Of Rural Industries In Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone

Since the State Council approved the "Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone Plan",the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone has adhered to the four basic principles of ecological priority,people’s livelihood,coordinated development,and reform and innovation,actively promoted industrial transformation,and promoted agricultural modernization.The degree of agricultural mechanization has been continuously deepened.,and gradually improve the modern agricultural industry system.However,in the current integrated development of rural industries in the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone,there are still many problems that limit the process of integrated development of rural industries.planning,etc.Based on previous scholars’ research on industrial integration,this thesis summarizes and organizes relevant domestic and foreign research and theories through field investigation,data collection and statistical analysis,and studies the current situation of rural industrial integration development in Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone.Coupling coordination degree model,spatial autocorrelation model and other methods are used for empirical analysis,and based on the empirical conclusions,the basic principles and ideas for the integrated development of rural industries in the Dongting Lake ecological economic zone are established based on wetland ecological protection.Different models of the integrated development of rural industries in the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone,explore the optimization and improvement path of the integrated development of rural industries in the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone.The results of this thesis show that the development of rural industrial integration in the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone has transitioned from the budding stage to the stable stage,and the spatial distribution is "high in the southeast-low in the northwest",and 22 counties and districts have strong positive agglomeration characteristics.,and the agglomeration area spreads to the southeast.Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are as follows: establish the basic principles and ideas for the integrated development of rural industries in the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone;emphasize government guidance,market leadership,and support the development of industrial integration models in different functional areas according to local conditions;build and build pastoral complexes,modern agricultural parks,agricultural Emerging business forms such as characteristic towns and beautiful villages provide an effective carrier for the integrated development of rural industries;cultivate and develop new entities with the goal of diversification,and expand the modern management system for the integrated development of rural industries;A variety of factors are needed to cultivate new kinetic energy for the integrated development of rural industries;to build a public service system for the integrated development of rural industries;to strengthen infrastructure construction and to consolidate the foundation for integrated industrial development.Aiming at the four functional areas of lake protection zone,ecological conservation zone,intensive development zone and controlled development zone planned by the State Council,exploring the integrated development mode of rural industries to adapt to them can not only enrich the theoretical research on the integrated development of rural industries based on functional divisions The content can also provide theoretical guidance for the sustainable and coordinated development of the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone,and actively enhance the effectiveness of the integrated development of rural industries on wetland protection,agricultural transformation and sustainable development in the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone.
