Integrative Evaluation On The Coordination Between Environment And Economical Development In The Ecology Economic Zone Of The HuNan Dongting Lake

This paper takes the HuNan Dongting Lake ecological economic zone as the research object, based on the theory of ecological economics, the theory and method of system theory, statistics, landscape ecology, ecological planning, etc,through the establishment of a coordinated evaluation model of resource environment and economic development,the 4 regions of the Dongting Lake ecological economic zone in HuNan (YueYang,ChangDe, YiYang, WangCheng of Changsha), and the main problems of the current analysis.The main conclusions of the research are as follows:First conclusions,the overall development of resource environment and economic in YueYang was high coordination in 2005,was moderate coordination in 2006-2014. The main problems are:industrial production has a great impact on the environment, the infrastructure of tourism industry is weak, the urban infrastructure construction needs to speed up the progress, the characteristic agriculture development of the lake needs to upgrate.Second conclusions,the overall development of resource environment and economic in ChangDe was high coordination in 2005-2008, was moderate coordination in 2009-2011, was low coordination in 2012-2014. The main problems are:the agricultural development lags behind,the economic structure needs adjustment,the Lack of new energy development,the development of the tourism industry has a great influence on the environment in the early, mineral development depends more on water resources which causes a certain water environment pollution.Third conclusions,the overall development of resource environment and economic in YiYang was moderate coordination in 2005-2010,was low coordination in 2011-2014. The main problems are:the agricultural development mode needs to upgrade, a poor economic foundation,Tourism infrastructure construction needs to be strengthened,the low utilization of industrial development resources causes the waste of resources and environmental damage.Fourth conclusions,the overall development of resource environment and economic in WangcCheng of ChangSha was moderate coordinationin in 2005-2014, the coordinationin of WangCheng has been in decline in the past 10 years. The main problems are:The high dependence of economic development on resources and environment, the economic structure needs transformation,the urban area has a good economic foundation,the integration of urban and rural construction has a long way to go.
