The Study Of Assessment On The Ecological Safety Based On Ecological Footprint Theory In Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone In Hunan Province

In order to understand the trend of the ecological security of the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone in Hunan Province (be called DLEEZHP for short), construct the sustainable DLEEZHP, the ecological footprint, ecological capacity, ecological deficit/surplus were calculated and analyzed by improved ecological footprint model from2001to2010in DLEEZHP, and the ecological pressure index and ecological security early warning status were analyzed in DLEEZHP by SPSS model in2011-2020. The main conclusions are as follows:1.The ecological footprint analysis. The per capita ecological footprint increased about26.77%from0.7291hm2in2001to0.9242hm2in2010, the per capita ecological capacity decreased about18.46%from0.4896hm2in2001to0.3992hm2in2010; The per capita ecological deficit increased about119.26%from0.239431hm2in2001to0.524981hm2in2010in DLEEZHP. Energy ecological footprint is the main components of the whole ecological footprint, and the proportion of per capita energy ecological footprint increased from26.4to50.8percent of the total ecological footprint in past ten years, and the largest one was50.8%in2009.The fossil energy is the main energy in DLEEZHP. New energy such as biological power, solar and other clean energy should be replaced for fossil energy, and energy consumption structure should be optimized in DLEEZHP. There was the largest per capita ecological footprint which was0.873lhm2in Wangcheng county more than other3cities in DLEEZHP, and the main land type was forest and water. There was the largest per capita ecological deficit which was0.671519hm2in Wangcheng county and there was the largest per capita ecological deficit which was0.689613hm2in DLEEZHP in2007.2.Ecological security analysis. The ecological pressure index changed from1.489010in2001to1.486817in2002,and the ecological security status was in a less safe condition;The ecological pressure index changed from1.711463in2003to1.935269in2006,and the ecological security status was in an unsafe condition;the ecological pressure index changed from2.560991in2007to2.314934in2010,and the ecological security status was in a extremely unsafe condition.3.Ecological security prediction and early warning:The ecological pressure index will be3.72,and the ecological security level has remaining from6to extremely unsafe; the warning level is maintained from4to the severe warning, the level of early warning was higher and the situation of the whole regional ecological security was not optimistic.
