With the implementation of wisdom education in middle schools,the number of chemical laboratories is also increasing.The new curriculum standard and other policies also illustrate the important position of chemical experiments.As an important part of the laboratory intelligent teaching environment,furniture needs to match the development of the overall intelligent education environment.This subject takes middle school chemistry laboratory furniture as the research object,takes wisdom education as the premise,and carries out research from the three aspects of "people,things and environment" through the methods of literature retrieval,field research,behavior analysis and TRIZ innovation theory.The core contents are as follows:(1)Investigate the current situation of furniture use in middle school chemistry laboratories,including furniture use space,furniture products and manufacturing enterprises.On the one hand,the number of users,spatial layout,functional zoning,infrastructure and environment of chemistry laboratories in middle schools are known through field research;On the other hand,through market research,the domestic chemical smart laboratory brands are divided into three types of enterprises: software and hardware integration,hardware development and software design;At the same time,the category of 232 pieces of laboratory furniture was investigated from the aspects of material,structure and function,so as to provide basis for furniture design.(2)Analyze and study the classroom interaction behavior,count the proportion of each behavior,and summarize the classroom interaction in the middle school chemistry laboratory by analyzing the steady-state lattice,classroom emotional atmosphere,classroom structure,teaching form,teacher-student language,technology application,teacher-student experiment,classroom efficiency and classroom behavior dynamics in the matrix,so as to further clarify the design requirements for the furniture of the middle school smart laboratory.(3)Carry out questionnaire survey on users,make statistics on students’ preferences for chemical experiment teaching,contact with intelligent equipment,existing problems of existing furniture and preferences for furniture design elements,and analyze furniture design opportunities.Summarize the user requirements obtained from the previous human,material and environment research,use Kano model to analyze the importance of the requirements,and select9 requirements as the important basis for design practice,which are intelligent,mobile,multifunctional,efficient,portable,interesting,interactive,innovative and highly freely adjustable.(4)The TRIZ theory is used to screen the design elements of the furniture in the middle school chemistry laboratory,and eight optimization parameters are obtained: 1.The weight of the moving object,3.The length of the moving object,12.The shape,32.The manufacturability,34.The maintainability,35.The adaptability and diversity,36.The complexity of the device,38.The degree of automation.4 deterioration parameters: 8 static object volume,13 structural stability,12 shape,32 manufacturability.Through the contradiction matrix,29 innovation principles are determined,and then the optimization design method of the space furniture is put forward by using the innovation principle,and the furniture design practice of the middle school chemistry laboratory is carried out.Verify and evaluate the design scheme,so as to get a summary and future prospects.
