Zhongshan furniture market's prosperity formed the industrial chain of furniture design,manufacturing and sales.With the Zhongshan furniture enterprise,the demanding for more and more middle and senior talent of furniture design and development,Some of secondary vocational schools in Zhongshan offered furniture major courses.However,due to the backwardness of teaching facilities,the lag of teachers ' scientific research and the reasons of poor students ' base,there are some problems to be solved as soon as possible,such as the lack of learning enthusiasm,self-learning ability,team cooperation ability and innovation spirit in the vocational school.How to construct a teaching system suitable for the professional practice course of furniture in secondary vocational school has become the focus of the educators ' consideration.This article take Zhongshan Gangkou vocational school as an example,collectting and analyzing relevant information of grade 2014 and 2015 students majored in Furniture Design and Manufacture.In-depth investigation of students 'practice class test results,probation feedback and activity effects,also based on the curriculum system,implementing means,organization strategy and teaching mode,the author has carried out a one-year reform of the practical course of furniture design in secondary vocational school,with grade 2015 students as the subjects.Summarize the goal of practical curriculum reform of furniture design major in Zhongshan Vocational school: To construct the integrated course system of "combination of engineering and science",which is the core professional ability of furniture design and manufacture ?The teaching methods of cooperation between school and Enterprise,the joint of middle and high vocational education,and the Teaching organization strategy of group Cooperation.The result of practice investigation shows that the reform of practical curriculum of furniture design major can make the practical course form a complete teaching mode,improve students ' learning interest and practice ability effectively,.it also can strengthen students ' team cooperation ability effectively,solve the problem of "difficult employment,difficult employment" and so on.At the end of this article,the author pointed out the part that needs to be perfected in the connection of practical curriculum in 3+2 mode and the implementation of "Modern apprenticeship system",and clear the direction of practical curriculum reform...
