In recent years,the global economic situation has changed,and the new crown epidemic has swept the world,and the phenomenon of national advance and private retreat has appeared again.Although it is said that the country needs to adjust the economic structure,strategically transform,and eliminate outdated production capacity.For example,there are many industries such as cement,coal,and chemical production.Private enterprises have all been closed or acquired,while private enterprises in other manufacturing industries are struggling due to factors such as labor costs,appreciation of the renminbi,and financing difficulties.At the same time,JY company encountered development problems.As a private enterprise producing chemical raw materials,JY Company has a 10-year business history.In recent years,factors such as the appreciation of the RMB,the pressure on environmental protection,the rapid increase in the price of international shipping,the simultaneous rise in the price of chemical raw materials at home and abroad,and the increase in labor costs have greatly It has greatly pushed up the production cost of the enterprise,and has brought a great blow to JY Company,which is mainly export-oriented and has a meager profit margin.The enterprise is stable and developing by leaps and bounds.This paper takes JY Company as a case study and combines various research methods,such as the PEST four-factor model in strategic management,Porter’s "five forces" model and other analytical tools,fully considering the development law and characteristics of the large chemical industry where the company is located.And summed up the risks and opportunities faced by JY company at this stage,and concluded that although the company is facing severe market competition pressure,its opportunities are also very significant.The company’s own research and development capabilities are relatively strong,and the production and processing technology is relatively mature.At the same time,there are many problems that need to be solved urgently,such as the structural shortage of talents,the low efficiency of the company’s capital operation,and the lack of financing methods.This paper combines strategic analysis tools such as SWOT,PEST,Porter’s Five Forces Model,etc.to analyze the environment,future strategic planning and goals of JY Company,and draws the conclusion that JY Company should adopt a growth strategy based on the corporate strategic vision,and then combines strategic development.According to the planning and the actual operation of the enterprise,the penetration strategy of market operation and the strategic direction of integrated development have been formulated.Finally,this paper proposes strategic measures to expand the production scale of JY company,improve the construction of marketing network,and speed up the simultaneous expansion of domestic and foreign markets based on the expansion of raw material supply channels and innovation.Professional human resource management carries out multi-faceted talent team building and the establishment of an efficient organizational structure and other safeguards.
