Research On The Development Strategy Of W Coal Enterprises From The Perspective Of New And Old Kinetic Energy Conversion

W Coal Enterprise occupies an important position in the field of coal energy,is an important coal production base in central and eastern China,and has made an indelible contribution to the sustainable and stable supply of coal energy.As an old-brand coal enterprise,how to overcome the difficulties,exert the advantages and develop continuously becomes an urgent problem to be solved.Through the on-the-spot investigation and discussion in W coal enterprises,this thesis studies how to choose the development strategy of W coal enterprises under the transformation of new and old energy,by using the internal and external environment analysis method and SWOT analysis method in the strategic theory system,combined with the actual situation of w coal enterprises,this thesis selects the development strategy of W coal enterprises under the condition of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,considering that it should carefully choose its development strategy under the general environment of the transformation of new and old driving forces,and under the circumstances of doing well the safeguard measures such as organization,talents,culture,scientific and technological innovation,safety and environmental protection,information construction,the main development strategy will focus on: concentrating on the optimization of the traditional kinetic energy,focusing on the three industrial clusters of coal,coal chemical industry and logistics trade,optimizing the main industries,enhancing the core competitiveness,and promoting the safe,efficient and green development of the mining industry,we will promote the green development of innovative clusters in the chemical industry and the steady development of the connotation of logistics trade.We will explore new drivers of training,nurture emerging industries and develop new drivers of high-quality development,with the focus on the top ten industries,implementing the eight development strategies of Shandong Province,promoting the grafting and integration of new technologies,new forms of business,and new models,actively developing emerging industries and building new engines to replace old growth drivers with new ones;innovating development models,and laying a solid foundation for high-quality development.Through the analysis and research on the development strategy choice of w coal enterprises,this thesis hopes to help them find the development path in line with China's national conditions,and provide some references for the development of other similar enterprises.
