| The Chinese economy is at a pivotal period of development transformation.The 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that China’s economic growth rate has shifted from high speed to medium and high speed,and the economic development model is changing from high-speed to high-quality development stage.At present,China is in the stage of deepening supply-side structural reform.As an important supporting force of the national economy,the industrial industry must place more emphasis on quality and improve production and resource utilization efficiency.As an industry leader in Dalian,VF film manufacturing company is also having its own advantages and disadvantages at the crucial moment of deepening reform.For the company achieving transformation,upgrading and sustainable development in such context,it needs to deepen supply-side reform and give full play to the guiding role of company’s development strategic.Therefore,this article studies the development strategy of VF film manufacturing company.This research takes the supply-side structural reform as the background and focuses on the development strategy of VF film manufacturing company.First of all,it takes well-known domestic and foreign strategic management theories as the theoretical basis and sorts out the strategic management methods and models applicable to the development of VF film manufacturing company furthermore.Secondly,using PEST/SWOT analysis model and other methods to analyze the internal and external environment of the company and various film products produced by the company to sort out the advantages and disadvantages.Thirdly,based on the recent financial data of the VF film manufacturing company,calculations,comparisons and analysis are performed,and DuPont analysis is used to find out the shortcomings of the company’s operations.Finally,the development vision and goals of the VF film manufacturing company are reasonably planned,and a new development strategy is formulated through the qualitative and quantitative comprehensive analysis above.At the same time,the company’s specific business-level goals and positioning strategy are planned to ensure the realization of business-level strategic goals,thereby promoting the realization of the company’s overall strategic goals.And in order to ensure the implementation of strategic management,safeguard measures were formulated from the aspects of production mode,management mode,investment/financing mode,and information construction.Guided by national policies,this article takes the strategic management of VF film manufacturing company as the research object,combines the actual conditions of company with strategic management theory.It has certain reference value in the theoretical and practical research for the transformation and upgrading of other enterprises. |
