After the 2008 economic crisis,the world’s economic structure has changed dramatically.The price of oil has dropped sharply,and the Middle East countries began to seek new economic development model to get rid of the economic growth mode which is driven by crude oil export.Consumer demand of emerging economies is more refined trend after years of economic development.Developing countries in the region continued to have a strong foundation for building needs,but the middle and high-end consumers to pursue high quality goods.Therefore high value-added chemicals market is broad,but also the industry’s many chemical giants investment direction.Saudi S company has the world’s chemical giant D and Saudi Arabia’s largest oil refining company A company jointly funded $20,000,000,000,announced in 2011.The two sides set up a joint venture to build a world level large scale chemical companies in Saudi Arabia to use of two major companies to produce high value-added chemicals.The main customers are the Middle East and Asia Pacific region.Saudi domestic A company with the establishment of S company in the history of Saudi chemical has a revolutionary progress: the realization of the upstream and downstream oil industry,and Saudi Arabia for the development of oil.As huge market appeal of high value-added chemicals,D company is more active in seeking lower cost of raw materials and actively develop downstream chemical market.The S company,which has a high degree of attention and has given high expectations,can make the business objectives of S company as soon as possible.S company has yet to start production,and this paper is based on the strategic height of a comprehensive analysis of enterprise facing the external macro environment,industry trends and competitor trends,combined with the company s internal advantages and disadvantages to carry on the system analysis.The use of PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces and SWOT analysis,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,put forward the overall strategy of S company in Saudi Arabia for expansion strategy and competitive strategy for cost leading strategy combination.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,from the regional layout,brand management,technical innovation,cost control,management and control,customer relationship management to do a detailed proposal to provide the basis for the establishment of the implementation of the strategy.
