The construction of ecological civilization in China has put forward high-quality development requirements for the development of energy industry.The growing demand for clean energy,especially natural gas,has brought opportunities for the development of CBM industry.In the past decade,a number of enterprises specialized in CBM industry were established,which played a vital role in promoting the development of CBM industry.LF CBM company is one of many specialized CBM companies,which belongs to a large petrochemical group.It has a wide range of coalbed methane exploration,high resource abundance and great development potential.During the past 11 years,the company has developed rapidly,but at the same time,there are many problems: on the one hand,affected by the external environment,national and local policy adjustments and technical bottlenecks of CBM industry are gradually highlighted.On the other hand,internal problems and contradictions such as basic organization and basic team begin to appear,which has become an important factor restricting the development of enterprises.The root cause of the problem is that when the enterprise faces the complex internal and external environment,the development strategy cannot keep pace with the times and adapt to local conditions.The repositioning of development strategy has become the key to achieve high-quality development of enterprises.Based on the enterprise strategy theory and enterprise capability theory,this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the development of LF CBM company,focusing on the current situation and problems of production,and then selects the development strategy suitable for the company,and formulates safeguard measures.Firstly,the external environment of the company is analyzed by PEST analysis method,and the key opportunity factors and threat factors affecting the development of the company are extracted.Based on the analysis of the internal resources of the company,the key advantages and disadvantages affecting the production and development in the internal environment are extracted.Secondly,the key influencing factors are collected by SWOT analysis method,and the influencing factors are quantified by Delphi analysis method,and the alternative enterprise development strategy is formulated.The Likert scale was used to design the questionnaire,according to the four alternative development strategies,the possibility score of influencing factors was judged,and the development strategy was selected by quantitative method.Finally,according to the selected development strategy characteristics,the paper makes the strategic safeguard measures for the development of enterprises in the aspects of scientific and technological innovation drive,internal management control,production and sales effectiveness,and corporate culture construction,so as to ensure the implementation of the development strategy.The conclusions are as follows: first,the support of local government and policy tendency are the key factors affecting the development of CBM enterprises.Second,resolving the threat of external environment is the key task of CBM enterprises in the early stage of development.Third,"large and fast" high-speed expansion is not conducive to the development of CBM enterprises.This paper focuses on the formulation of enterprise development strategy,which has certain significance in practical application and theoretical research.The enterprise development strategy formulated in this paper has guiding significance for LF CBM company,and is helpful for the enterprise to make clear the development direction and measures in line with its own conditions.In addition,from the rise of the CBM industry ten years ago to today’s environment of " turn pale at the mention of CBM ",this paper explores the sustainable development strategy for CBM enterprises in line with the national conditions,and provides reference for similar domestic enterprises to break through the "CBM development dilemma". |
