Study On Green Production Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Tea Farmers In Meitan

Agriculture has always been the basic pillar industry of China’s economic development.Exploring the realistic path of agricultural green production is an inevitable choice to achieve high-quality agricultural development.Guizhou’s beautiful mountains and rivers produce high-quality tea,and the unique topographic features and suitable climate have made high-quality Qian tea.The 14 th Five-Year Plan of Guizhou Province mentions vigorously developing advantageous agricultural industries and strengthening green orientation.Focusing on high quality,vigorously promote the quality and efficiency of the tea industry,and strive to become the country’s largest base of high-quality tea raw materials.In the future,Guizhou’s tea industry will take the road of high-quality development,and it is necessary to adhere to green quality to ensure green tea production and quality safety.Starting from the perspective of tea farmers,this paper considers the influential factors behind meitan tea farmers’ participation in green behavior in the process of tea production,and how to effectively guide tea farmers to actively participate in green production behavior,and make tea green production activity into a conscious behavior while pursuing the maximization of interests.Based on the current situation of tea industry development in Guizhou Province and Meitan County,and taking the green production behavior of tea farmers as the research background,this paper summarizes the characteristics of green production behavior of tea farmers in Meitan,and clarifies the relationship between tea farmers and consumers,tea farmers and the government.Two-party game relationship.Using the field survey data of 269 tea farmers in Meitan,and using the multivariate ordinal Logistic model to analyze the influencing factors of tea farmers’ participation in green production behavior from four aspects: personal characteristics,family characteristics,personal cognition,and external environment of tea farmers.The results show that:(1)The participation of green production behaviors of tea farmers in Meitan is affected by multiple factors.In addition to the influence of behavioral games between tea farmers,consumers,and the government,the concurrent employment status in personal characteristics,soil fertility in family characteristics,the degree of concern for the ecological environment of one’s own tea gardens in personal cognition,and the importance of green tea production technology The degree of understanding,the government subsidies and technical training received by tea farmers in the external environment will have a significant impact on the behavioral participation of tea farmers.(2)Meitan tea farmers have a positive understanding that the tea production process should be green and ecological,and green production has high development potential.The government plays an important role in the participation of tea farmers in green production behavior,and can effectively guide and standardize the participation of tea farmers.Finally,based on the research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: strengthen the supervision of tea production links,establish an incentive and restraint mechanism;increase government subsidies and clarify subsidy standards;strengthen the promotion of green tea production technology and deepen green production behavior;strengthen tea farmers’ awareness of green production behavior,strengthen Educational guidance.
