Green agriculture is an extension of traditional agriculture,guided by the strategy of sustainable development,based on the national conditions of China and drawing on the essence of traditional agriculture,relying on modern advanced technology,rational use of resources,promoting high quality and high quantity production of agricultural products,and promoting the modernization of China's agriculture and rural development.At the same time,green agriculture is also to create both Chinese characteristics,but also in line with the coordinated development of economic construction,social life,ecological environment of artificial natural composite system.Anxi Tieguanyin,discovered in the Yongzheng period of Qing Dynasty(1723-1735),is the best oolong tea in Southern Fujian,one of the top ten famous teas in China,and the pillar industry of Anxi County.But in recent years,Anxi Tieguanyin from the peak into the trough bottleneck period,there is a slowdown in the growth of tea production,tea garden ecological environment deterioration,backward processing technology,tea quality can not be guaranteed,ignoring the traditional "dragging" process,product competitiveness decline and other issues.Therefore,in view of the current situation of Tieguanyin in Anxi County,green production of tea is the trend of the situation.In this paper,through the review and study of literature related to green production and tea production,the concepts of green planting,green harvesting and green processing in green production of Tieguanyin tea are defined under the guidance of ecological economics theory,green development theory,farmer behavior theory and other related theories.At the same time,combined with the current situation of the development of green production of Tieguanyin in Anxi County,the questionnaire of tea farmers on the green production behavior of Tieguanyin tea was designed,and 227 valid questionnaires were distributed.Through the collation and statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,the problems and causes of tea farmers in green production of tea were found,and on the basis of drawing on relevant research results,countermeasures and suggestions to promote green production of Tieguanyin in Anxi County were proposed.The research results show that: the green production of Tieguanyin in Anxi County mainly has pesticides exceeding the standard,tea farmers use unreasonable drugs;lack of professional pickers,tea picking is not standardized;over-reliance on tea presses,tea quality is uneven;lack of green production professionals,tea farmers lack technical guidance;one family production and operation occupies the main position,the low degree of tea organization;management model is backward,limiting the development of productivity;tea farmers green Weak awareness of green production,green production implementation difficulties and other problems.Combining the existing problems,this study proposes to strengthen the construction of ecological tea gardens to improve the ecological environment;increase the publicity and promotion efforts to motivate tea farmers to implement green production;improve the quality of tea farmers and enhance their green production skills;improve tea pressing machines to improve the green production process and quality of tea;optimize tea production methods and actively guide tea farmers to join cooperatives;strengthen the training of tea technology talents to improve tea farmers' green production techniques;guide Tea farmers rational production,promote tea quality and price,and other recommendations.
