Research On The Coupling Coordination Level Of Regional Logistics And Regional Economy And Its Influencing Factors

With the rapid development of regional economy in our country,logistics is increasingly prominent as a basic industry of national economy and has become a hot spot of regional development.There is a close relationship between regional logistics and regional economy.The two influence and promote each other.Accelerating the coordinated development of regional logistics and regional economy is an important factor to promote the growth of regional economy.Therefore,coupling coordination has become a new way for the development of regional logistics and regional economy.Coupling coordination refers to a virtuous cycle in which two subsystems of regional logistics and regional economy adapt to each other,cooperate with each other and promote each other.It is of great significance to analyze the development of regional logistics and regional economy system and comprehensive system,measure their coupling coordination level,explore the key factors affecting the coordinated development of these two systems,and give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,based on the panel data of China’s regional logistics and regional economy from 2006 to 2020,the evaluation index system of the development level of the two systems was constructed,the development level and comprehensive development index of the two systems were calculated,and the coupling coordination degree model was used to measure the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of regional logistics and regional economy.Secondly,based on the spatial autocorrelation model,the spatial correlation of the coupling coordination level of regional logistics and regional economy is tested and analyzed from both global and local perspectives.Finally,by using the spatial econometric model and selecting the appropriate explanatory variables,the factors affecting the coupling coordination level of regional logistics and regional economy are analyzed,and corresponding research suggestions are put forward.The results show that:(1)From the perspective of development level and coupling coordination level,the development level of the two systems in China presents an increasing trend.On the whole,the development level of the eastern region is the highest,and that of the western region is the lowest,and there are obvious regional differences in the development of the four regions;The coupling degree of the development of the overall regional logistics and regional economic systems is high,and the national average level is always higher than 0.97,but the coupling coordination level is always at a low level,and the transition from disharmony to coordination has not been realized until 2020.(2)From the spatial effect of the coupling coordination level,from 2006 to 2020,The coupling coordination degree of the two systems presents a positive spatial correlation,and with the change of time,the characteristics of spatial agglomeration are constantly enhanced.Most of the provinces with H-H agglomeration(high and high concentration)belong to the eastern region,and the provinces with L-L agglomeration(low and low concentration)are mainly concentrated in the western region and the northeast region.(3)From the perspective of influencing factors,The improvement of living consumption level,urbanization level,human capital,scientific and technological innovation,information empowerment,environmental regulation and market environment can promote the improvement of the coupling level of the two systems,while the government support can reverse inhibit the improvement of the coupling level.Finally,based on the analysis results of influencing factors,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to promote the improvement of the coupling coordination level of the two systems from four aspects: strengthening government control,implementing targeted measures in each region,reserving professional talents,and improving innovation in the logistics industry.
