Study On The Coordination Degree And Influencing Factors Of Marine Eco-economic System In China's Coastal Province

Under the background of pursuing the high quality development of marine economy,with the rapid development of marine economy,the marine ecological environment is suffering from irreversible adverse effects,and the coordinated development of marine ecological economy system is facing a great threat.As the leader of national marine economy,it is necessary to carry out detailed research on the coordination level,regional differences of coordination degree and influencing factors of its marine ecological economy system.This paper follows the theory and empirical thinking,the research period is2008-2017,taking the coastal province area of our country as the basic research unit,using the coordination degree model,the Theil index method,the convergence test and the spatial measurement model,this paper quantitatively analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution trend of the coordination relationship of marine ecosystem in 11 coastal provinces,the convergence of the coordination degree and its influencing factors.The results show that :(1)For the vast majority of coastal provinces,the overall degree of coordination of marine ecological economic system shows an upward trend,and through the comparison of the average value of coordination degree of each province in the study period,Shanghai has the most degree of coordination(2)the overall difference in co-ordination is mainly from the differences between provinces,and the convergence test is passed from the point of view of the whole coastal zone and the three major coastal economic zones,in which the Yangtze River Delta region converges the fastest,which means the Yangtze River Delta region converges the fastest to the same steady state level;(3)By comparing the models,it is found that the spatial autoregressive model with fixed effects is more accurate to estimate the results,and the degree of influence depends on the factors affecting the coordination degree of marine eco-economic system from large to samll:the degree of ecological deterioration > the vitality of marine industry >the level of development of marine economy > the scale of marine economy > the level of ecological resources > the level of development of marine industry.
