Study On The Overall Development Of Marine And Land Economy In Liaoning Province And Its Influencing Factors

The overall planning of sea and land is to grasp and deal with the relationship between sea and land as a whole.The economy of sea and land depends on and promotes each other in space and technology,but there are some contradictions in resources between them.Therefore,it is necessary to make overall planning.The overall development of sea and land is the guarantee of realizing the sustainable development of economy.The driving force for the development of land sea coordination comes from the flow of different elements between land and sea.Land and sea give full play to their own advantages and complement each other.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the coordinated development degree of a region's sea and land economy and analyze the influencing factors of the coordinated development of sea and land economy,so as to provide a reasonable basis for the government to formulate policies.This paper studies the overall development of sea and land in Liaoning Province by means of grey correlation analysis and coupling coordination degree model.The gray correlation analysis is carried out for the marine industry and land industry in Liaoning Province,and the coupling coordination model of sea land economy in Liaoning Province is established,and the coordinated development of sea land economy in Liaoning Province is analyzed.Based on the research on the overall development of sea and land in Liaoning Province,the regression model is established by stepwise regression analysis to explore the key factors that affect the overall development of the sea land economy in Liaoning Province.The results show that: Liaoning Province has sufficient marine resources but not been fully utilized.The marine economy in Liaoning Province still relies on the first industry of land to promote the development,but the marine industrial structure tends to be scientific and reasonable gradually;The coordination degree of sea land economy in Liaoning Province has been greatly improved.Compared with other coastal provinces,the economic coordination of sea and land in Liaoning Province has risen rapidly.The overall planning of sea and land economy in Liaoning Province has experienced a relatively rapid development.However,the coordination degree of sea land economy in Liaoning Province has declined,and the overall development speed of sea land economy has been slow;The factors that play a role in promoting the overall development of the sea land economy in Liaoning Province are talent education and economic development,and the influence of talent education is stronger than the economic development,and the negative factors for the overall development of the coastal and land economy in Liaoning Province are the scientific and technological development.Finally,according to the analysis results,some suggestions are put forward to promote the overall development of marine and land economy in Liaoning Province: promoting the efficient substitution of marine and land resources,accelerating the development of marine and land industries with high correlation,supporting scientific and technological innovation and the development of emerging enterprises,accelerating the construction of high-quality talent team,managing marine and land environment as a whole,and improving the management system of marine and land overall development.
