| Objective: By observing the change pattern of glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and body composition related indexes during the exercise intervention of aerobic combined with resistance exercise for abdominal obese T2 DM,the effect of aerobic combined with resistance exercise on the indexes of abdominal obese T2 DM patients was investigated,in order to provide effective new indexes and scientific detection means for the exercise intervention and exercise prescription of T2 DM patients. Methods: In this experiment,40 type 2 diabetic patients with abdominal obesity(waist circumference >90cm in men and >85cm in women)in Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital were selected and randomly grouped according to gender and age, divided into control(sedentary lifestyle)group(male=10,female=10)and exercise intervention(aerobic combined with resistance exercise)group(male=10,female= The subjects’ body morphological indexes were collected by body composition analyzer;heart rate indexes were collected by polar meter;insulin and blood glucose related indexes were collected by blood count and glucose meter;cholesterol, triglyceride,HDL cholesterol and LDL cholesterol were measured by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection.Cholesterol, triglyceride,HDL cholesterol and LDL were measured by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence assay;the sampling time was before, during(immediately after8 weeks)and after the intervention. Results: After 16 weeks of combined exercise, the exercise group had reduced waist circumference and femoral circumference(P<0.05),reduced glycosylated hemoglobin, body weight,BMI,and body fat percentage(P<0.05),and significantly reduced body fat content(P<0.01).Subjects in the control group had reduced waist circumference and body fat percentage(P<0.05),and significantly lower weight,BMI,body fat content, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Weekly moderate to vigorous aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise may improve blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes. However,it is not clear whether continued maintenance of weekly exercise combined with a healthy diet can replace medication in the long term. The addition of exercise therapy with stable blood glucose control through medication has no effect on lowering blood glucose.(2)Exercise has no effect in abdominally obese type 2 diabetics with normal blood lipids.(3)Combined exercise and diet control had an improvement in BMI,body weight, body fat mass, and waist circumference in abdominally obese type 2 diabetic patients. However, the reduction in femoral circumference was significantly better in the exercise group than in the control group, indicating that the combined exercise program had a greater effect on the "big belly and thin legs" body condition.Reduced thigh fat accumulation and increased muscle mass. |
