Objective: This study conducted a 12 week intervention experiment on patients with type 2 diabetes through aerobic combined resistance exercise and intelligent bracelet intervention as research means,to study the influence of intervention means on body shape indicators,body function indicators,physical fitness indicators,blood glucose indicators,sports self-efficacy scale scores and health promotion life assessment scale scores of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods: 52 patients with type 2 diabetes were recruited and screened in this study.They were randomly divided into 3 groups.Finally,45 patients completed the experiment,15 in the control group(Group A),14 in the exercise intervention group(Group B),and 16 in the intelligent bracelet combined with exercise intervention group(Group C).The control group received health education without intervention in their lifestyle;On the basis of health education,exercise intervention requires weekly completion of aerobic exercise with prescribed load and elastic band resistance exercise;The smart bracelet combined with exercise intervention group needs to wear and use the smart bracelet throughout the experimental cycle based on the previous group.The changes of body weight,body fat rate,grip strength,vital capacity,sitting forward flexion performance,standing time with eyes closed and one foot,sports self-efficacy scale score and health promotion life assessment scale score of type 2 diabetes patients in each group before and after the experiment were compared,and data processing and analysis were carried out.Results: In Group A,there was no statistically significant difference in all indicators before and after intervention(P>0.05);There were significant differences in body fat rate,FPG,and Hb A1 C before and after intervention in Group B compared to those before intervention(P;There were significant differences in body fat rate,FPG,and Hb A1 C in Group C compared to before the intervention,with significant differences in body fat rate and Hb A1 C compared to the intervention(P The self actualization dimension and total score level were significantly higher than before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The combination of smart bracelet with exercise intervention and exercise intervention alone can help patients with type2 diabetes to improve their physical shape,physical function and physical fitness,and the effect of smart bracelet combined with exercise intervention is better than that of exercise intervention alone.(2)Smart bracelet combined with exercise intervention can effectively improve the exercise self-efficacy of patients with type 2 diabetes,while exercise intervention alone has no significant effect on the improvement of exercise self-efficacy.(3)The subjects with smart bracelet combined with exercise intervention had stronger healthy behavior ability than the exercise intervention group,and had better performance in the dimension of stress management and self-realization.
