| Objective: Through the intervention of blood sugar,blood lipids and hemorheology index in middle-aged and old people,the effects and mechanism of intervention were discussed by comparing the similarities and differences between the xingqijue,the daoyinfa and walking.On the one hand,it verified the medical function and valued of Zhuang Zi’s health preservation,and provided experimental basis for better carrying forward and inheriting traditional health preservation culture.On the other hand,we should respond to the call of national policies and provide more effective and reliable exercise methods for cardiovascular health care to meet the health needs of the masses of people.Methods: This study adopted the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.A total of 102 subjects were recruited from Mengcheng County,Anhui Province,and randomly assigned to xingqijue group(25),daoyinfa group(26),walking group(25),and blank group(26)by computer generated random sequence.Except the blank group,the other groups have received 12 weeks of exercise intervention.SPSS*25 was used for statistical analysis.One-way ANOVA was used for Basic information data before exercise,and Mean± standard deviation(Mean±SD),P value and F value were reported.The median(25% percentile,75%percentile),Z and P values were reported by Wilcoxon signed rank test within the group and Kruskal-Wallis test between the groups in Before and after the intervention.P<0.05 was regarded as significant difference,P<0.01 meaned very significant,and some missing data were converted by "replacing missing values".Result:(1)Intra-group comparison before and after intervention:1)The hematocrit was significantly decreased(p<0.05),and the plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were significantly decreased in xingqijue group(p<0.01).There were no significant changes in platelet function,blood lipid and blood glucose in xingqijue group(p>0.05).2)In daoyinfa group,whole blood viscosity 200 decreased significantly(p<0.05),erythrocyte rigidity index,whole blood high cut relative index and erythrocyte deformation index TK decreased significantly(p<0.01),platelet count increased significantly(p<0.05),triglyceride decreased significantly(p<0.05).The total cholesterol decreased significantly(p<0.01).3)In walking group,the plasma viscosity decreased significantly(p<0.05),and the volume decreased significantly(p<0.01).Mean platelet volume and large platelet ratio were significantly decreased(p<0.05),and high-density and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly increased(p<0.01).4)Triglyceride concentration in control group decreased(p<0.05),highdensity and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol concentration increased significantly(p<0.01),and other indexes had no significant changes(p>0.05).(2)Comparison between groups before and after intervention:1)The plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of the xingqijue group were better than those of the daoyinfa group(p<0.01)and the control group(p<0.05).Erythrocyte aggregation index was better than that of walking group(p<0.01)and control group(p<0.05).2)The whole blood viscosity of daoyinfa group was better than that of xingqijue group(p<0.05);The RBC rigidity index was better than that of xingqijue group and the control group(p<0.01)and walking group(p<0.05).The erythrocyte deformability index of TK was better than xingqijue group(p<0.01).The relative index of whole blood high cut was better than xingqijue group(p<0.01).The relative index of whole blood was better than walking group(p<0.01).3)The whole blood viscosity of the walking group 200 was better than that of the xingqijue group(p<0.05),and the plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were better than that of the daoyinfa group(p<0.01).There was no significant difference in blood glucose and blood lipid among all groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:(1)12-Zhuangzi xingqijue exercise has significant improvement effect on plasma viscosity,hematostatic volume and fibrin,and has a tendency to improve platelet count,but has no improvement effect on lipid and blood glucose metabolism.(2)12-Zhuangzi daoyinfa exercise can improve whole blood viscosity200,red blood cell rigidity index,whole blood high shear relative index,platelet count,triglyceride,total cholesterol and other indexes,and can slightly improve blood glucose metabolism.(3)12-Walking exercise has a good effect on plasma viscosity,hematocrit,mean platelet volume,large platelet ratio and high density lipoprotein cholesterol,but has no obvious effect on blood glucose metabolism.(4)The improvement effect of daoyinfa on hemorheology and other indicators was better than that of walking and xingqijue,while the improvement effect of walking was slightly better than xingqijue.(5)The exercise intensity of Zhuangzi Yangshenggong is moderate,which has a good effect on the improvement of hemorheology and other indicators.It can be used as an auxiliary exercise method for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. |
