Objective: Obesity is a common health problem in the world,and the rate of obesity and obesity increase in men is higher than that in women.HIIT and aerobic exercise are effective in reducing weight,therefore,this paper intends to study whether HIIT combined with low-intensity aerobic exercise for 25-35-year-old men have better weight loss effect,to provide theoretical basis and method guidance for mass fitness.Methods: This paper studies the effect of HIIT combined with moderate and low intensity aerobic exercise on weight loss of 25-35-year-old Men by Literature Review,experiment,interview and mathematical statistics.In the study,30 men aged 25-35 were randomly assigned to one of three groups.The subjects performed HIIT and moderate-low intensity aerobic training,HIIT training alone,and moderate-low intensity aerobic training alone.The duration of the experiment was 8 weeks,and six times a week training,weight-loss training in the early,middle and late to the subjects of the body composition,physical function and body shape,and other indicators of record tracking,with the index data to analyze the specific experimental results.Results: Before and after the experiment,the weight,BMI,body fat,waist to hip ratio,quiet heart rate,blood pressure and other results in the three groups were P<0.01,while the results between the groups showed that the mean difference of the combined group before and after the experiment was the largest,but the difference between the three groups was P<0.01.Conclusions:(1)The weight and BMI of HIIT and low-intensity aerobic exercise group were significantly lower than those of the other two groups,P<0.01 in the group,and the mean difference between HIIT and low-intensity aerobic exercise group was greater than that of the other two groups,HIIT combined with moderate-to-low intensity aerobic exercise was more effective than single exercise in reducing body weight and BMI of men aged 25-35.(2)HIIT combined with moderate and low intensity aerobic training reduced the body fat rate by burning fat during exercise and excessive oxygen consumption after exercise,P<0.01 in the group,there was a significant difference in statistics,the difference of mean before and after the experiment was higher than that of the other two groups,which showed that the combined group had better effect on reducing body fat than single exercise.(3)The combination of HIIT and moderate to low intensity aerobic exercise reduced the waist to hip ratio by reducing body fat,visceral fat,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein,P<0.01,there was a significant difference in statistics,and the mean difference before and after the experiment was larger than that of the other two groups,indicating that the combined group was better than the single exercise in reducing waist-to-hip ratio.(4)HIIT combined with moderate and low intensity aerobic exercise could improve myocardial thickness and increase ventricular volume,then increase Stroke volume and decrease resting heart rate(P<0.01),the mean difference before and after the experiment was larger than that of the other two groups,which showed that the combined group had better effect on improving heart and lung.(5)The combination of HIIT and moderate-low intensity aerobic exercise has a certain effect on inhibiting platelet aggregation,improving the blood circulation system of the body and reducing the body's oxidative stress response,and can achieve the effect of reducing blood pressure group P<0.01,in the statistics there is a very significant difference.
