One of the key issues in the field of decision-making is how to analyze and process complex,uncertain and dynamic data and give decision results more efficiently.Threeway decisions can deal with uncertain decision-making problems.The sequential threeway decisions developed on the basis of the three-way decisions can realize dynamic and progressive decision-making.The variable degree of objects leads to the difficulty of accurately reflecting the process of quantitative change and qualitative change of objects in decision-making.As for the above problems,it is of great practical significance to introduce the extension set combined with sequential three-way decisions,and establish an extension sequential three-way decision model to solve the uncertainty,dynamicity and complexity of decision-making.Firstly,in view of the problems that the data dimension is too high and the data is redundant,the correlation function in extension set theory is used to quantitatively describe the degree of correlation between attributes,which defines the absolute degree of correlation that can better reflect the degree of correlation between attributes.Then attribute reduction algorithm for extension decision is proposed.The information granules are obtained by clustering the K-means algorithm,and the combination of granulation and extension decision-making can effectively reduce the dimension of the data and reduce the operation time,which ensures the performance of the information system to the greatest extent and improves the efficiency of decision-making.Secondly,aiming at the problems of uncertainty,dynamicity and complexity in the decision-making process,based on the extension set theory and sequential three-way decisions,an extension sequential three-way decision model is proposed.The basic method of extension evaluation is integrated with the decision-making idea of “rule by three divisions”,and the sequential idea is introduced to establish the connection between the sequential three-way decisions and the extension set,which reflects the process of quantitative change and qualitative change of objects,and realizes dynamic decisionmaking and the mining of optimization indicators.Finally,the attribute reduction algorithm based on granular extension decisionmaking is used to preprocess the data to improve the decision-making efficiency,and then the extension sequential three-way decision model is applied to the field of water resources carrying capacity analysis to verify the validity of the model.The extension sequential three-way decision model enriches the theory of extension set and sequential three-way decisions,and provides a new idea for the analysis and research of water resources carrying capacity.Figure 19;Table 15;Reference 66...
