Economic Effects Of Marine Ecological Product Policies:Improving Supply Efficiency And Realizing Common Prosperity

The 21 st century is the era of the ocean,and the ocean is the era of resource competition for all countries.The ocean has become the focus of the development of all countries,and more and more countries are strengthening the development and utilization of Marine resources,and the ocean is playing a pivotal role in the global development.Our country is a big Marine country and is endowed with abundant Marine resources.It is a strong support for building a Marine power to develop Marine resources rationally,establish a modern Marine industrial system and develop Marine economy with high quality.Although the scale of China’ s Marine industry continues to expand and the industrial structure continues to optimize,there are still some unbalanced development.The Marine economic development level of 11 coastal areas of our country still has obvious differences,the interaction between regions is insufficient,the degree of differentiation is great.These problems need to be addressed in order to promote the sustainable development of the Marine economy.As a large Marine province,the development level of Marine economy in Zhejiang Province has always been low.In order to explore the development level of Marine economy in Zhejiang Province,in-depth research has been carried out on the development of Marine industry in Zhejiang Province from three aspects: resistance and recovery ability,adaptation and adjustment ability and transformation and innovation ability.Firstly,the development status of Marine economy in Zhejiang Province from 2006 to 2019 was studied.Then,the evaluation system of economic development in coastal areas is established,and the entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to analyze the development status of Marine economy in Zhejiang Province from 2 0 0 6 to 2 0 1 9.It is concluded that the development level of Marine economy in Zhejiang Province is on the whole showing a rising trend.Finally,the thesis studies the influence degree of the Marine economy development from various levels,and concludes that the transformation and innovation ability contributes the most to the Marine economy development of Zhejiang Province.
