Due to the shortage of water resources and incoordinated water and soil resources in the agricultural area of Western Heilongjiang Province,with the increasing demand of the grain market,the agricultural sown area has been expanding year by year,and the agricultural water consumption has been increasing continuously.As a result,the drought condition continues to deteriorate and the grain loss is aggravated.The drought seriously restricts the development of agriculture,and the drought resistance has become the primary task of agricultural development in the west of Heilongjiang Province.At present,the drought strategy has been improved continuously in all regions.In each region,strategies of drought relief and disater alleviation has been implemented to achieve the objective of improving agricultural drought resistance,mitigating the threat of drought and reducing grain losses.The study of drought resistance in the west of Heilongjiang province can be used to understand the drought resistance of various regions under the existing conditions,to analyze the weakness of drought resistance and to explore the potential drought resistance.The proposition of the suggestion of drought relief and disaster alleviation combined with the drought resistance situation of various regions through the evaluation of drought resistance capacity can help to improve capacity of drought resistance and ensure the safety of grain production.It is of great significance and far-reaching significance to evaluate drought resistance in Western Heilongjiang to guide drought resistance ability in western regions,to formulate strategies for drought and disaster reduction,and to enrich the theory of catastrophe research.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through consulting literature,comparing existing research methods and combining with the actual situation of the study area,we deeply analyze the current situation of agricultural drought resistance ability in Western Heilongjiang province.And the area complex was the research object.Considered the various influencing factors and mitigation effect of drought resistance,constructed the evaluation index system of agricultural drought resistant capability,Grey relational analysis and quotient weight method were used to determine index weight.The weight values of most of the indexes were similar.The grey relational analysis was based on the ideal index curve,and determined the weight of the index by calculating the correlation between the other index curve and the ideal index curve.The entropy weight method determined the weight of the index by calculating the difference coefficient of entropy.As a result,the difference of the weight of the two index weight methods made the index weight difference greatly.The weight values of the indexes based on the grey correlation analysis and the commercial right method aredynamic values,and each index weight and the index data change synchronously,which can reflect the influence degree of various factors on the agricultural drought resistance in a timely manner.(2)Constructed grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and entropy TOPSIS method respectively to evaluate the agricultural drought resistance ability in Western Heilongjiang province.The overall drought resistance in Western Heilongjiang province is in the middle and lower levels.The average agricultural drought resistance ability in Western Heilongjiang province from strong to weak is Daqing,Suihua,Qigihar,Heihe and Greater Khingan Range in turn.The evaluation grades of agricultural drought resistance in various regions were roughly the same.Among them,there were obvious differences in the ranking of the evaluation results and the evolution of the time and space in Qigihar,Daqing and Suihua.The reason was that the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was different from the basic principle of the entropy TOPSIS method.The grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was based on the evaluation of a certain ideal index change curve in the year,and expressed the agricultural drought resistance ability with the correlation degree of the other index sequence curve and the ideal sequence curve.The TOPSIS method of entropy was based on evaluating the optimal values of all indicators in the year,and the intensity of agricultural drought resistance was expressed by the Euclidean distance to each index,which was close to the distance of ideal solution.The grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the entropy TOPSIS method were simple,objective and effective evaluation models.Through the comprehensive evaluation results of two different principles,the agricultural drought resistance ability level was determined.(3)In recent years,the governments at all levels in the western region of Heilongjiang province have made great efforts to develop irrigation agriculture,rationally deployed drought resistant and drought resistant work,optimized irrigation water supply system,improved water saving technology,developed water-saving agriculture,and increased the effective irrigation area year by year.As a result,the level of agricultural drought resistance in most areas has increased and agricultural losses have decreased.There were also a few areas affected by natural rainfall,although the drought resistance has achieved certain results,but it is not enough to resist the drought and reduce the ability of agricultural drought resistance.Therefore,the agricultural drought resistance is still a great and arduous task,and we need to continue to work hard to achieve the goal of agricultural development less affected by natural factors and ensure the stable grain production.
