Study On The Coordinated Development Of Water Resources Utilization And Economy In The Yellow River Basin

Due to the climate and topography,the ecological environment of the Yellow River Basin is relatively fragile.In recent years,with the rapid economic development,ecological problems have become more and more serious.As an indispensable material material in production and life,it is necessary to continuously develop and utilize water resources in the process of economic development,which leads to a series of problems in the ecology of water resources in the Yellow River Basin.The inevitable trend of high-quality development.This study describes the current situation of water resources utilization and economic development in the Yellow River Basin,and analyzes the essential requirements of the coordinated development of water resources and economic development,the mechanism of action between water resources and economic development,and its impact on the Yellow River Basin based on the ecological thought of Marxist political economy.Reasons for the coordinated development of water resources and economy.At the same time,the panel data of 72 prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2019 were selected to construct an evaluation index system for the coordinated development of water resources utilization and economic development.The coordinated state of economic development is measured and analyzed.The study found that:(1)From 2010 to 2019,the comprehensive level of water resources utilization and the comprehensive level of economic development in the Yellow River Basin showed an overall upward trend,but the comprehensive level of water resources utilization lagged behind the comprehensive level of economic development,and the comprehensive level of water resources utilization fluctuated.larger.(2)From the perspective of time series,from 2010 to 2019,the coordinated development level of water resources utilization and economy in the Yellow River Basin increased steadily year by year,but it is worth noting that the overall upward trend is relatively slow.During the inspection period,the coupling coordination degree of water resource utilization and economic development in the Yellow River Basin increased from 0.41 to 0.5,and the overall coupling initially increased from moderately coordinated to highly coordinated.(3)From the perspective of space,the overall level of coupling and coordination between water resources utilization and economic development in the Yellow River Basin is “high in the east and low in the west”.The degree of coupling and coordination in the cities in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin is higher than that of the cities in the upper reaches,and the spatial differences are large.In 2010,the areas with low coordination and coupling were located in Qinghai,Gansu and Ningxia,and most of them were in the upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin.The areas with moderate coordination were mainly in Shandong and southern Shaanxi.Compared with other regions,cities in Shandong had better coupling and coordination,and water The interaction between resource utilization and economic development is relatively positive.In 2019,the low-coordinated coupling was still concentrated in the middle and upper reaches of Gansu and Ningxia.Except for a very few cities in the middle and lower reaches,all of them entered the highly coordinated coupling,and the differences between the east and the west were still large.
