| The world is currently facing profound changes unseen in a century.In 2021,my country’s GDP will reach 114 trillion,with a year-on-year growth rate of 8.1%.In the "post-epidemic" era,under the background of domestic and foreign economic cycles,improving the efficiency of commodity circulation,especially in the context of the major policies of the "Belt and Road" and China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,to further improve the logistics level in the western region,not only for Boost the economy of the western region,and further open up overseas markets such as Central Asia,Europe,and Southeast Asia for the western region of my country,and participate in the global economy.Against such a background and requirements,the National Development and Reform Commission formulated and issued the "Overall Plan for the New Western Land-Sea Corridor" in August 2019.This overall strategic plan will effectively improve my country’s current economic development and foreign trade imbalances.question.In 2020,the total cost of social logistics in my country is 14.9trillion yuan,and the ratio to GDP is 14.7%.Compared with developed countries,the total cost of logistics in my country is still relatively high in GDP.Therefore,reducing the total cost of logistics is an important part of regional logistics research.Based on the statistical data of 98 prefecture-level cities in 13 provinces and cities in the "Western Land-Sea New Corridor" region,comprehensive literature analysis,and reference to the diamond model,this paper constructs an urban logistics evaluation system with 5 dimensions and 15 indicators.By using entropy weight-TOPSIS method,gravity model and Searle coefficient method,the logistics in this region is comprehensively evaluated from three aspects: the development level,spatial connection and regional difference of the region’s logistics.It was found that the regional logistics development of the "Western Land-Sea New Corridor" was uneven.On this basis,using cluster analysis and comprehensive literature research to determine the axis cities and spoke cities in the "Western Land-Sea New Corridor" region,and introducing the degree of logistics membership to determine the radiation range of the axis cities.Finally,with the minimum total cost of the logistics network as the objective function,a model is constructed,and empirical analysis is carried out to construct a hybrid hub-and-spoke logistics network in the "Western Land-Sea New Corridor" area,forming a logistics circle in Sichuan and Chongqing,Xi’an logistics circle,and Beibu Gulf logistics circle.Three logistics circles,and put forward suggestions for the further development of logistics in the region. |
