Based On Principal Component Analysis And Topsis Model Research On Land Use Performance Evaluation In Shanxi Province

As an indispensable and non-renewable resource for human beings,the continuous transformation of land use patterns has brought about changes in land use performance.Land use performance plays an important role in judging the effects of land use and rational allocation of land resources,so it is especially important to conduct in-depth research on it.This article selects Shanxi Province as the research area.Based on a lot of readings of previous achievements,it first explains some terms related to land use performance,determines the research scope,and then combines existing conclusions with the actual conditions of Shanxi Province to establish evaluation indicators.System(including 4secondary indicators and 14 tertiary indicators),then the principal component analysis method and TOPSIS model are used to evaluate the land use performance of Shanxi Province,and finally,based on the evaluation results,a reasonable countermeasure is proposed for the land use of Shanxi Province.(1)From a horizontal perspective,the comprehensive performance of land use in Shanxi Province is at a relatively low level,and the economic performance is at a moderately low stage,while the efficiency performance,ecological performance,and fair performance are all in a moderately high stage,which fully demonstrates that economic performance affects comprehensive performance.At the same time,it also shows that in order to improve the comprehensive performance of land use in Shanxi Province,the performance of each subsystem needs to be studied separately.(2)From a vertical perspective,the comprehensive performance of land use in Shanxi Province has risen in twists and turns in the past 11 years.The specific performance is that the fluctuation before 2010 was large,and the increase and decrease were repeated.In 2010,the highest value of comprehensive land use performance over the past 11 years was 0.6387.After 2011,it was relatively stable and began to increase continuously.It increased from 0.4299 in 2012 to 0.5943 in 2017.Look,it has doubled from 2007.From the perspective of closeness,the land use performance of Shanxi Province has experienced three stages of poor-good-intermediate.develop slowly.(3)Based on the above studies,this article proposes to strengthen macro-control and regulate the land market from four perspectives: economy,efficiency,andecological equity;continuously innovate technologies to improve land use efficiency;focus on protecting the environment and pursue green development;focus on intergenerational fairness,and consider At present,there are several countermeasures in the long run,with a view to exploring the most suitable development path for land use in Shanxi Province.
