Research On The Color Of Modern Residential Buildings In The Functional Core Area Of The Capital Based On GIS

Cities are not only the symbol of human maturity and civilization,but also an important carrier of regional civilization inheritance and culture recognition.City color comprehensively reflects the characteristics of a city,unique city color is a necessary condition for the healthy development of a city.As the national cultural and political center and the external window area of the international communication center,the functional core area of the capital is self-evident.It is of great practical significance to study the color of modern residential buildings in the functional core area of the capital to show the characteristics of the capital,highlight the flavor of an international city,improve the quality of the beautiful environment,extend the cultural connotation of the city,and form a modern color control area with the charm and silver law.Through literature analysis and relevant case analysis,this paper sorted out and summarized relevant basic theories and domestic and foreign academic research trends of residential architectural color and conducted in-depth analysis and research,so as to form a systematic cognition of relevant theories and establish the technical route of this modern residential architectural color research on this basis.On the basis of literature analysis and field research,this paper sorts out and analyzes the influencing factors of the color formation of residential buildings in Beijing,and master the evolution law of the color of residential buildings in Beijing.Based on the field survey and the application of Python technology to obtain images,the color Information of modern residential buildings in the capital functional core area and relevant current Information were collected,and the color Information database of modern residential buildings in the capital functional core area was constructed by using geo-information System(GIS).Based on the database to summarize the current color law,find the current color problems;Analyze and integrate the results of the questionnaire survey to master the overall impression,color preference and psychological appeal of the public on the color of modern residential buildings in the functional core area of the capital.This paper uses semantic differential method(SD method)to conduct psychological evaluation experiment on key building colors,and through factor analysis method,extracts the public factor of residential building colors affecting public psychological feeling,and grasses the rule of residential building colors affecting public psychology.Finally,the above research conclusions are summarized,and the color planning and control strategy of modern residential buildings in the Functional Core Area of the Capital is proposed based on relevant policies such as The Detailed Regulatory Planning of The Capital Functional Core Area(Block Level)(2018-2035).Through quantitative analysis,this study found that research within the scope of architectural color of existing problems,to master the capital function core area focus on the law of the modern residential building color formation and summarize the color preferences of the public,on the capital function core area of modern residential building color system is studied,and then put forward the planning and control strategy.It provides an important scientific basis for shaping the color connotation of the city,improving the quality of the living environment and forming the modern urban style of Beijing with the characteristics of Dan yun and silver law.
