Because of the impact of urban construction and development on natural climate,the urban environment has changed greatly.With the emergence of urban air pollution and urban heat island effect,more and more attention has been paid to the study of urban physical environment.As an important factor of climate,wind has been paid more and more attention by scholars in urban planning and architectural design in recent years.First of all,this thesis summarizes the research status in the domestic and abroad.From the two aspects of urban ventilation and pedestrian comfort,it analyzes the influencing factors and evaluation system related to the wind environment in residential area planning,including geographical environment,building monomer shape,building layout combination,land use function,urban heat island effect and air pollution Based on the research results at home and abroad,according to the actual situation of this case,the wind environment evaluation system of this thesis is determined.Based on the Windperfect DX software platform,this thesis selects the planning of Che Jiabi community in Puping district of Kunming City as a research case.After the boundary conditions,the division of the research area and the division of the grid system determined,CFD numerical simulation is carried out for the existing planning project and the wind environment is evaluated.On this basis,it optimizes from three aspects of architectural form,architectural layout and greening design,and finally generates the planning project of Che Jiabi community in Puping district of Kunming City based on the perspective of wind environment optimization.Through this study,the purpose is to make data quantitative analysis,comparative experiment and other research methods applied in the design stage of residential area planning.Thus,the urban planning and construction can be more scientific and rigorous,and the quality of human settlements can be further improved at the level of urban physical environment.
