Research On The Building Space Layout Of Xi 'an High-rise Residential Area Based On Wind Environment

With the ecological development of high-rise residential areas,residents gradually realized the importance of outdoor comfort in residential areas.As a basic unit of resident life,high-rise residential areas directly affect the health and comfort of residents.Therefore,through reasonable planning and layout,creating a high-quality residential wind environment is of great significance to the improvement of residents' quality of life.This article takes the goal of improving the ventilation performance of the residential area as the goal,using the current situation survey,measured simulation and mathematical analysis and other technical means,taking the typical model of Xi'an high-rise plate residential area as the research object,from the perspective of single-factor and multi-factor analysis to discuss the building space The influence mechanism of the change of layout elements on the wind environment of residential areas,and corresponding planning strategies are proposed to improve the quality of the wind environment in high-rise residential areas and create a comfortable outdoor environment for residents.The research firstly summarizes the relevant theories of urban wind environment,wind environment characteristics of high-rise residential areas and wind environment evaluation methods through literature review,and provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent simulation analysis and wind environment evaluation;Statistical analysis of the layout features will provide a basis for the establishment of subsequent typical models;on this basis,four representative settlements such as Fengcheng No.9 are selected to carry out wind environment measurement and questionnaire surveys in winter and summer to clarify Xi'an The current wind environment characteristics of high-rise residential areas,and referring to the wind environment assessment research summary,put forward the wind environment assessment standards of Xi'an area.Then,using PHOENICS software,based on the establishment of a typical model of highrise residential area,through the control variable method,the four elements of building layout,building height,building length and building width are simulated and analyzed to discuss the wind environment of building space layout And use the orthogonal test method to carry out multi-factor simulation analysis of building space layout elements to obtain the weight of each factor's influence on the wind environment and determine the optimal plan of the factor level.Finally,based on the above research results,the planning countermeasures of the building space layout are proposed from the overall layout and architectural level,and the countermeasures are applied to the actual residential areas,and the feasibility of the countermeasures is verified by simulation.The research results can provide scientific guidance for the assessment of wind environment in high-rise residential areas,and provide research ideas for the study of wind environment in residential areas.At the same time,the study puts forward the optimal residential area layout and factor index threshold value of wind environment,summarizes the impact law of spatial layout factors on wind environment,and provides quantitative construction standards and qualitative design guidance for the wind environment optimization of high-rise residential areas.So that in the residential planning and design stage,we can accurately grasp the wind environment of the area and create a high-quality residential environment.
