The planning and design of the past often emphasizes the traffic organization and reasonable function layout,less consider the influence of the spatial layout of residential environment and living energy consumption.With the rapid development of urbanization,the urban environment and energy consumption problems highlighted gradually.Residential area as part of the city accounted for larger than quantity,improving its environmental and energy problems,the city microclimate regulation and control energy consumption has a positive role.Therefore,how to in limited within the residential land scientific and reasonable layout,through planning means to improve the residential environment and energy problems,is a valuable study.Based on this,this article in guilin city residential area planning and layout as the research object,explore the layout of residential environment and its energy saving effect.Paper first discusses the energy consumption in our country and problems faced by the residential environment,put forward in the early planning should make residential micro climate and its energy consumption behavior guidance,in order to reduce the late make remedy measures in the process of economic cost and energy consumption of secondary pollution,etc.Based on guilin xiangshan district as an example,selected the three relatively typical residential area as the key research object.Research from planning the layout of the building orientation,landscaping,attention to warm,wet environment and the energy consumption situation analysis;From the layout of the residential form,traffic organization and construction spacing,and evaluate the energy consumption situation of residential ventilation environment.Research is based on the actual environment and the energy consumption data as support,using simulated verification ECOTECT.The study found that planning layout and residential wind,thermal environment and conditions to save energy consumption to a certain relevance,through the improvement of residential microclimate,can have a positive impact on residential energy consumption behaviour,is advantageous to the residential environment and energy consumption control.Also put forward in this paper,using the southwest toward,increase the continuity of landscape greening of residential whole advantageous to adopt light-control wet;And settlements of the underlying USES the determinant layout,the reasonable use way and the open space surrounding the attention to the overall good ventilation and heat dissipation.In addition,because residential stilt floor at the bottom of the damp air,ground heat reflection and influence of the heat dissipation,power consumption of this layer is generally on the high side,set up the bottom is not suitable for living space,services can be set to housing and public space.And the high-level group part due to the upwelling,the influence of the drop flow and flow around,makes the upper part of the high-rise building walls have a narrow tube wind effect,and the leeward surface easy generation at the bottom of the eddy current phenomenon,the upper house heat preservation and heat insulation and lower space of ventilated take a breath,therefore can be used in building windward side and gable upper nest,shade canopy projection structures,in order to increase the roughness of the facade,weaken the narrow tube formed by the upwelling collection ofwind effect;In building the leeward surface vortex area also can be set up by increasing elevation roughness and green buffer to weaken the influence of eddy current.
