With the continuous improvement of urban living standard in China,people pay more attention to the environmental quality of residential areas,and waterfront residential areas are more and more favored by people.Under the influence of the building layout of waterfront residential areas,urban water can exert greater microclimate effect and improve people's living quality.Compared with other climatic regions,the cold region is significantly regional,thus it is very important to study the building layout of waterfront residential areas from the perspective of microclimate regulation.In order to improve the overall severe cold region waterfront residential microclimate environment of comfort in Daqing waterfront residential areas,for example,from the perspective of regulating climate,with waterfront residential building layout and microclimate environment,carries on the discussion and reflection on the relationship between winter and summer waterfront residential building layout on the influence of the microclimate environment,based on microclimate regulation of Daqing waterfront residential building layout optimization design strategy,for subsequent Daqing waterfront residential building layout design provides valuable reference.The microclimate environment of waterfront residential areas is studied in this paper.By studying the climatic environment around the urban water,it is found that the water has a special microclimatic effect,which can increase the humidity and wind speed in the residential environment and reduce the air temperature.This paper introduces the microclimate environment simulation software ENVI-met,expounds the theory of human comfort in waterfront residential areas,and summarizes the evaluation standards applicable to the microclimate environment of Daqing waterfront residential areas.Through the systematic analysis of the urban climate characteristics of Daqing,the building layout pattern of waterfront residential areas and the current characteristics of major lakes in the city,the parameters of the software simulation are determined.The effectiveness of the microclimate simulation software is verified by the case of waterfront residential area measured in the field.The software simulates the outdoor microclimate environment of different building layout of waterfront residential areas,outputs various data,and proposes the building layout design strategy of Daqing waterfront residential areas from three aspects of winter wind environment,summer temperature and humidity environment and coordination of winter and summer microclimate environment based on the comparative analysis results of various data.It is found that the microclimate environment of the enclosed buildings is better.Themicroclimate environment of determinant building layout is poor.The microclimate environment of mixed building layout is modest.The building layout of the waterfront residential area in Daqing should be mainly in the form of encircling.In winter we should choose the building layout mode that can avoid wind and prevent cold,and avoid the building layout mode that has a large change rate of wind speed ratio.In summer we should reasonably choose the location of the residential area and the shoreline,and maintain good ventilation in the residential area.For the same building layout pattern with wind environment,the building layout pattern with lower temperature and humidity index should be adopted.In order to coordinate the microclimate environment in winter and summer,the location of the residential area and the shoreline is mainly selected by the warm and humid environment in summer.The choice of the waterfront residential building layout should take the winter wind environment as the main factor,the summer temperature and humidity environment as the secondary factor,pay attention to the residential interior winter wind,and take into account the summer ventilation,cooling and humidification.
