Research purpose:To verify the effect of strengthening the lungs to improve the cardiopulmonary function and quality of life of middle-aged and elderly people through research,as well as the feasibility of promotion in this population, provide scientific methods and means for middle-aged and elderly physical exercise, and then promote it This exercise promotes physical and mental health services for middle-aged and elderly people.Research method:According to the purpose of the research, the experimental method was mainly used, and the exercise of strengthening the lungs was used as the intervention method.35 middle-aged and elderly people aged 50 to 65 were selected as the subjects in Anju District,Suining City,Sichuan Province.According to their age In the stage, according to the ratio of 1:1,divided into exercise group and control group.Under the leadership of the teacher, they will have 12-week exercises. They will practice 5 times a week. Each practice time is 1 hour. Before and after the tests were performed on various indicators such as lung function,six-minute walking distance, and quality of life scores, and the test results were statistically compared with the control group.Research result:1.In the exercise group, the pulmonary function indicators of the experimental subjects were significantly different from those before the experiment. The one-second rate and the six-minute walking distance showed very significant differences(P<0.01);compared with the control group Compared with the experimental subjects, the vital capacity has a significant difference(P<0.05),while the one-second rate and the six-minute walking distance have very significant differences(P<0.01).2.In the exercise group, compared with the indicators before the experiment, the two indicators of physical pain and vitality,as well as the two indicators of physical health and quality of life, showed significant differences(P<0.05),showing a very significant difference in the two indicators of general health and mental health(P<0.01);compared with the control group, there are significant differences in the two indicators of health change, vitality and overall quality of life(P<0.05),there are very significant differences in the four indicators of general health, physical pain, mental health and physical health(P<0.01).Analysis conclusion:1.The experimental subjects in this study exercised through the exercise of strengthening the lungs and fitness techniques, which enhanced the strength of the respiratory muscles, improved the elasticity of the lungs and thorax, and relieved the resistance and obstruction received during breathing, and the airway was unobstructed. The degree of heart improvement has improved the cardiopulmonary function level of middle-aged and elderly women, which is manifested in three aspects:vital capacity index,one-second rate index, and six-minute walking distance index.2.Strengthening the lung fitness exercise can improve the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly women, which is mainly reflected in the four indicators of physical pain, vitality, general health and mental health. Therefore, strengthening the lung fitness is a set of science Effective, suitable for middle-aged and elderly women to practice and can improve the cardiopulmonary function and quality of life of middle-aged and elderly women.Research recommendations:First of all,we should vigorously promote the exercises of strengthening the lungs to serve more middle-aged and elderly people;secondly, the current research on strengthening the lungs has just started, whether the exercises have the same effect on other groups of people. And the mechanism of Gongfa to improve physiological functions still needs to be explored in follow-up research.
