In recent years, with the rapid development of scientific level and the improvement of quality of life, the proportion of middle-aged and elderly people has also increased,so the health problems of middle-aged and elderly people have become an urgent problem to be solved. The increase of their age leads to the decline of physical function, reaction and balance ability of middle-aged and elderly people.A series of physical injuries caused by unbalanced falls are likely to affect the lives of middle-aged and elderly people and even threaten their lives. Therefore,it is urgent to improve the balance ability of middle-aged and elderly people and prevent the injury and disability caused by falls. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and discuss the balance function of aerobic dance.Whether aerobic dance can bring positive effect,so that the elderly can balance the body by walking or other leg movements, reduce the risk of falling, and make the elderly have a variety of exercise methods. In this study,we used the methods of literature, experiment, questionnaire and statistical induction to analyze the middle-aged and old people who participated in the experiment. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the final data before and after the balance ability test, the comparison between the data, the effect of aerobic dance on the static and dynamic balance ability of the elderly and the exercise physiology principle of the influence of aerobic dance on the static and dynamic balance ability of the elderly. For two months,With the safety of the subjects and the time, frequency and intensity of the exercises basically consistent,The study concludes :(1)The study shows that,Aerobic dance exercises promote the balance ability of middle and old people,The static and dynamic balance ability is improved. The test data of six indexes of static balance ability were tested before and after t P<0.01,There are very significant differences; In the dynamic balance test,When walking, vertical turning(FGA4)and walking and turning stop(FGA5)were tested before and after t test P<0.05,Significant differences,The test indexes of narrow support surface walking(FGA7)were t tested before and after the experiment,P<0.01,There is a very significant difference.(2)Studies have shown that,Regular aerobic dance exercises can improve vestibular organ function and muscle strength in the elderly,Especially the muscle strength that supports the legs,It is helpful to improve the static balance ability of middle and old people.(3)Studies have shown that,In six tests of static balance capability,It's also better to open your eyes with one foot than to close your eyes,The improvement of the balance ability of the right foot is better than that of the left foot.Although it's people's habit to use feet and open eyes,But does not mean that other indicators have not improved.(4)Studies have shown that,Long-term regular participation in aerobic dance exercise can effectively improve lower limb muscle strength, vestibular organs, proprioceptive receptors,And lower limb joint abduction,To help improve the dynamic balance of the elderly,It has a significant effect on the prevention of falls in the elderly.
