In recent years,the poor groups in cities have received increasingly focus from the state and society.Urban poor children,as a special group of the urban poor,are an important part of improving the urban poverty situation.These children are less able to change their own situation than adults because of their younger age.The poor living environment contributes to their physical and mental health growth.Brings many problems.Psychologically,due to the impact of the family's poverty environment,inferiority complex has produced favorable breeding conditions for this group,and it grows brutally without intervention,which will not only damage their bodies,but also make them uncomfortable physiology Problems will also distort their worldview,outlook on life,and values,and may seriously affect them to have deviations or even criminal behaviors,and bring instability to society.This paper uses the research methods of interviews and observations to explore the social work intervention model and service effectiveness for improving the inferiority complex of urban poor children.In the research,the author took X community as an example to analyze the living conditions of urban poor children,and then obtained the causes and effects of the inferiority complex of urban poor children.On this basis,the author,supported by cognitive behavior theory and social support theory,uses case work as the main work method,supplemented by community work,to conduct practical explorations to improve the inferiority complex of urban poor children,and pass the FIS defect perception The front and back of the table,the subjective evaluation of different groups of people,and the observation content of social workers evaluate the effect of social work intervention.In the study,the author found that the intervention of social work has a good effect on improving the inferiority complex of urban poor children.The urban poor children who participated in the service and research have significantly improved their inferiority complex after the intervention of the author.They can discover their own self-esteem after receiving the service.Misunderstandings,and through behavioral training,they can try to solve their own problems by themselves.The most intuitive change is that they become more confident than before in social interaction.In addition,the author has also established a certain peer group support network for these urban poor children,and also helped them establish a good community environment that effectively eliminates inferiority complex.Through the study,the author believes that The involvement of social work in urban poor children's inferiority complex has advantages in the comprehensive application of multidisciplinary knowledge,and also has significant effects in helping the service objects to increase their ability and improve the living environment.Finally,the author reflects on the research and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the inferiority problems of urban poor children in order to improve the well-being of urban poor children and promote the development of social work.
